The reason I had to change the second place prize of a silver coin was shipping costs.

It would cost $12.59 to send a $20.00 coin worldwide so I thought having a bitcoin equivalent prize was the way to go.

If the second place winner would like a 2016 Canadian Silver Maple Leaf and agrees to help with shipping that would be ok as well.

Another Kialara raffle.

My rules for the raffle will be a bit different and I hope I didn't forget anything. I would rather have all the slots filled before everyone pays if that is ok. Also would like to make it where people can pick the slots they want if they wish. Limit three slots per person.

This raffle will have 16 slots (0-9 and A-F) and the winner will be pick based on the hash of a block (which will be determined when all spots are taken and paid for). The final character of that hash will win the Kialara. Shipping is free worldwide.

There will also be a second place winner and they will be chosen by the next block after the winning block. If for some reason it is the same number or letter as the winner of the Kialara it will go to the next block so we have two different winners. The second place winner will receive 0.05BTC
