How we'll play:

Once all tickets are taken (and paid for) we'll select 2 Bitcoin blocks that will be mined in the near future and use those block hashes to determine the winners. The last character in the block hash determines who has the winning ticket! 1st Block determines the 2nd Prize winner. 2nd Block determines the 1st Prize winner.
