I just don't get how this would be fairly drawn, or how I would know if my tickets really went in
Well not to dive into it too deeply...
The physical tickets are mixed together in a spinning ticket drum and one ticket is drawn. That ticket wins the quilt.
I'm sending people who buy ticket the stubs via mail. Once the draw happens I will let those that participated know the outcome. If by chance someone here wins they will be contacted directly by the quilters guild.
If you have trust issues or don't trust my involvement this would not be a raffle to participate in. The average age in the quilters guild is 68.
No other security can be given outside that I am purchasing the tickets, submitting the tickets and providing the results once drawn.
