We use the blockchain for this raffle. So a block that will be mined in the future will decide who the winner is.

I'm just saying that you will have a very hard time finding players to play, because it might take a while for slots to fill up, they could gamble vs the house on the exact same thing (block hash) with a higher payout, or play dice for a higher payout. And considering this is a 1/16 chance to win 16x your bet amount. It's not too bad. I'm not sure about what % you have to win 16x in a dice game, but I doubt this has worse odds. Anyways, just posted this to see if it would gain any interest, as a test.

You select a character between 0-f as those are the possible endings to a mined block's hash. Once it is filled up we select a block that will be mined in the future (Around 1-2hours after it's filled) and we check that blocks hash to see who "guessed" it right and wins it.
