probably your nodes in your file is not active anymore so your wallet is not connected, you will need to add some active nodes so your wallet can connect and you will be able to send and recieve some coins

Yes, but I don't like the idea af an ICO. I would prefer collect some Rai from holders and use that as pay for developer/s.
If RaiBlocks will be stable, its value will increase and dev will get some nice return.

its already dead, man. unfortunately, there is no any positive news from dev to have any hope that this coin will alive in future
I think they made there money and left to be honest. They sold there stash of coins and wonder who was left holding them
they probably made a few bitcoins from this hype
It is better to create forks of the raiblocks code to issue new coin. If independent people unofficially fork it the coin will end in an unrecoverable chain.
I'd rather not select this coin anymore if someone will rebuild it its because it will be a scam coin when it reach's to ICO state so better we should move on now the late dev of this coin is gone away, and the people i think create another raiblocks will just take the oppurtunity and the fame of late mrai so they can get a market easily without doing some efforts, and i think even if hardforking it will still no gaurantee for its success if this coin will be push by another dev.
