Well i think as a honest seller you should have tried to tell him about it and rates more.It was clear looking at it that the guy was newbie in trading rai and got himself confused between mrai and rai rate.Well you asked him twice so I don't think that it shouldn't be resukted into much heated matter.However you can give back guy his money and give him a chance to cirrect himself

when he said rai he means the Coins name rai not the quantity or measurement
everyone is dealing in Mrai commonly and he is just saying he wants rai in general.
