and have you tried stop all Mrai Wallet processes from the task manager?

does it gives any error msg, like some .dll file is missing or others?

just download that .dll file from here http://www.dll-files.com/, insert it in the folder, where you wallet is installed and try to restart pc then open wallet.

i had same problem and i fix it with this

its about c++ try downloading the VC ++ 2015..and repair it or install it,
if it does not work.
go to windows update..and install the necesary updates, then install the VC ++ again..
