If there was a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS), I might not be able to assist, but I can review your case again once I confirm your username.

Please understand that we carefully review each account before deciding to freeze funds. This action only happens in cases of sportsbook abuse, and your account must be flagged both by our provider’s system (Betby) and by Rainbet's system.

If confirmed, we proceed with refunding your deposit and then closing your account. I assume in your case, you've already withdrawn your deposits and additional winnings, which resulted in the account closure.

Hi, Zane. First of all, thank you for coming here and trying to tackle the issues. I hope we can clear them all.

Moving to this topic, value betting, IMO, is always a tricky situation. Many think that it's just a legal strategy that should be allowed, as it is akin to opening many airplane ticket platform to find the best priced one, or several marketplace that offers the same item with lowest price and all. Yet, the general consensus shared by many casinos [as well as, I believe, dictated by the provider] it is a prohibited technic.

By OP's admission, he utilizes abovementioned strategy, of which prompt you to lock him out and get his account closed. I understand that OP has no access to his account anymore and thus can not provide us screenshot of his deposit and withdrawal [so we can figure whether he's in overall profit or in a loss position]? Do you perhaps mind to share it here with us so we can be assured that his account is indeed at an overall profit and there is not any fund that's rightfully his that's being confiscated?

Value betting is indeed a gray area for many, and we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we limit the account, allow the user to withdraw their deposits and any winnings after a KYC review, and if the user is caught again or linked to another account using the same strategy, a freeze of funds occur-with the deposit always refunded. We never withhold deposits under any circumstances.

As for the specific deposit or withdrawal numbers, I’m not allowed to disclose those publicly. However, the user can easily jump on live chat and request that information. They are welcome to share it if needed for clarity.

We encourage OP to reach out via live chat so we can review the situation and ensure everything is handled fairly.

A quick look at your trust pilot page tells me you are a fairly new business, but the negative tint on withholding deposits or winnings doesn't send a good picture to be honest  & if you are going to be clipping everyone's wings you are likely to have less customers coming your way sooner or later...and btw seeing these complaints could mean you have a lot of promotions which can be a mouse trap for many that can easily be labelled as promo abuse...but hey you have a business to run and you will play by your rules just hope you exercise some leniency as a warning ⚠️ to others Undecided

I can assure you that these cases are very rare and only occur due to sportsbook abuse. We do not withhold deposits under any circumstance.

Sportsbook abusers often move in groups, and one of their first tactics is to apply pressure with negative feedback to try and force a payout. While we strive to offer the best customer service possible, it’s difficult to control platforms like Trustpilot, where anyone can post reviews without providing proof of having any real experience with us.

You can notice this pattern on any of your favorite casino Trustpilot pages.

This casino has an open scam accusation that related to changing odds or shady practice for their sportsbook. You can refer here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scammed-by-rainbet-for-2147-5511152 for the details.

Sadly, their representative is not active here anymore since his last active status is last June which is already 4 months.

The only thing you can do is report them with their license provider.
