The method we have chosen for this giveaway would be randomly picking 10 among all participants.
Of course, needs to be randomly but if in some way a man participates in that random selection it will always be subjective and not fair. there are various methods to make this picking neutral, but this is not the case here.
We are a marketing agency and we have strictly restricting internal employees to participate in this giveaway. You can rest assured and participate.
Even if you are a marketing agency, that is no guarantee of fair conditions here. Plus we don't know anything about your agency, it's just your words here. based on the way this giveaway is run, your agency does not seem as professional.
You have restrictions on your internal employers, but not restrictions for their friends, which they can choose a winner. it seems illegitimate, right?
