It's raining it's pouring !! But rain sure ain't snoring it's soaring !! Over 700 Satoshi nice. Anyway what climate research has been done so far ? I'm not seeing any talk of that here ?

I'm not a technical trader, but if you look at the chart, rain has been constantly moving to higher and higher valuations. The market seems to recognize that RAIN is an intrinsically appealing coin with bright prospects.
I guess we shall see him soon in TOP-100!

That's interesting as RAIN doesn't really need masternodes in my opinion as I think we actually earn more from these random stakes then a masternode would. I'm happy to hear that the dev is working on the roadmap but not sure about RAIN having masternodes at this stage as they seem to be used just for hype and to pump up the coins price which as people can see we didn't need that to get the price to where it currently is as people see the value in RAIn and it's random staking feature.

However, the staking era will eventually come to an end. At that point* it might be worth becoming a master node coin. And it might be smart to put that on our roadmap today to reassure tomorrow's buyers of rain.
*Has anyone calculated the date? I estimate it's probably somewhere between 1.5 and 3 years from now.
why would staking era coming to an end? I am here because of staking. Other than that, rain is a shitcoin until it has a real roadmap for utilization.
The rain will come to an end or trail off. The coming drought increases the value of RAIN today. Anyone who doesn't collect rain while it pours will become very thirsty tomorrow. 💦💦

This is excellent news , a weather station can be configured and set up from inside the wallet with real time alerts!! I will be using this for sure to measure air quality to say the least so i know when joe bloggs in the airliner above me dumps his 50 tons of fuel into the atmosphere because of a failure over my organic crops!

Everyone talks about new ideas. I would like to hear what ideas you have? It may be worth holding a contest for a better idea. I advise everyone to think about the question: "Why do I need RAIN? Condensate? Where can I use it?" Can it somehow be related to water? Or is it Crypto-Rain? Or Money-Rain?
Its just a clever play on words for staking. You build up weight (the cloud gets heavy) the stake happens (the cloud rains) and you get your stake. I think it is clever. Anyway you are right other then what I've just said it has nothing to do with the weather.

I agree that right now Rain just a normal coin so that is why I think the dev is releasing a roadmap soon so lets just see what he has planned for Rain. What ever the dev decides to do moving forward I'll support him 100%.
Well, almost everyone has the same idea, I think Rain in his next steps has to bet on new ideas, something that differentiates from what we live.

It was a brainstorming session and he had thoughts about perhaps integrating them into the "evaporation network" IoT product idea. I don't think dev's intentions are hype and pump per his other messages in the slack. He was frowning against that sort of thing which seems to be going around all the MN coins. Keeping a close eye on this project and looking forward to roadmap

I've read that some serious x11 ASICs will come out in early autumn. I guess the mining competition for x11 will become much higher. Rain is one of the smaller x11 projects and it should actually benefit from these asics.
Its POS only at this point.
