First off, let me start by saying a warm welcome to the forum, it's awesome having yet, another great looking casino join the forum at this time, even offering a special bonus for the members of this forum.

And speaking of the special bonus for bitcointalk users, I was actually trying to sign up on the casino and also decide to use the promo code to get myself the 300 free spin bonus, I tried and kept getting the error saying "promo code is not valid, can not be found"

I have not gone through the previous comments, so I don't know if any one did succeed in signing up with the "Bitcointalk" promo code successfully, how did you do it? And did you get the 300 free spin?

Just incase one might want to know, I've tried typing the promo code in different formats, (all capital letters, all small letters etc) and none worked.
Will appreciate any help.

I mean the topic is official.

Good to know thanks for correcting me this fast I was looking for the comment about impersonating and badly missed your comment which was even included in my comment my bad on this, since its official they should launched a campaign, I guess you deserve to be the manager as you go extra mile to get the comfirmation.

Let’s give them a couple of time to thinks and let’s show how worthy to promote their project on Bitcointalk community.

Aside from signature campaign, they can start their promotion for a simple giveaway or contest in the game and rounds board. Giving exclusive bonus for Bitcointalk user to create an account and deposit is good way too for introductory promotion here aside from signature campaign.

I decided to hopped on to talk to support and immediately encountered a poor support agent. Pretty much went on about asking for my deposit slip and he can't share user information. But ultimately said, he doesn't have a list of official representatives and thus can't help. Odd. Additionally, it's also common for casino reps to use tracking links for marketing stats.
It is not unusual for their to be a bit of a disconnect between support and the rest of the team. Some companies work in shifts so the support member working at the time may not be in the loop for the entire operations at the time. This is not ideal but is the case for many casinos and non casino brands too.

Most affiliate marketing posts can be identified very quickly, this one does not have any of the usual markers they have.

Talked to support and this is an affiliate impersonating the owner.

I'm not sure about this.
It's official. I asked the team and they confirmed.
OP deserves to get flagged for impersonating the owner, he uses the name of casino acting as an owner so in case there's issue on the casino, OP cannot directly answer it in behalf of the management because its beyond the scope of an affiliate to address issues that pertains the casino operation, the community should be aware of OP's status.

I personally do not also encourage people using VPN to access most of the gambling site as it extremely risk and dangerous to do, if you have no access to the site then fine it's important to write to support to know what they wanna say about your country, although maybe it could be some regulations issues or none compliance of the operational terms between your country laws to operate under that jurisdiction.

Upon research there's information shown that this casino is VPN friendly so I assume they allowed people to use that tool. But for more safety and get accurate information about this they should try to ask the support about this situation and try to ask if they are allowed to used VPN. If they give clearance and allow people to use that to avoid restriction then its good to continue, but if they discourage  people to do it then better move on and find another casino.

But if I know my country is in restricted list even if they allowed to use VPN I still choose not to gamble in their casino since for sure there would be a sudden change happen which can potentially harm us in future.
Or as a suggestion, what if Rakebit.com casino created an alternative domain like Stake did. .ac .tr etc. Maybe we don't have to worry and don't need to use a VPN.

Just about to create an account, unfortunately using a VPN is not very convenient for me, besides having to be a paid VPN sometimes the network will also be a little slower than usual. Maybe I will send you a message via email as shown in the picture.
Don't forget to welcome to the forum, there are many times that you can do here by spreading your promotional wings. Many professional campaign managers and good luck with the casino.  Wink

In Search of Incredible
This is how you know they are shady.
What a shame
Seems like you were desperate to get some free money without any conditions by using this promo code. Now you are showing frustration here as the code has provided bonus with some conditions. However, their exclusive bonus code for Bitcointalk forum members isn't attractive. It comes with deposit requirement and 35× wagering requirement, where the max cashout limit is only $50. The regular deposit bonus offers of most other casinos are better than this exclusive bonus code of RakeBit.

Thank you for your request. We are sorry that you fell for a non-existent mailing list. We will definitely take this site into consideration.

Unless there's a huge problem of miscommunication in their team. Do not register through this link.

You are saying affiliate impersonating the owner.

Ok, I had to find it myself but you have to enter the code: bitcointalk
In the promotion page at the bottom.

Freespins: 300
Minimum deposit: 50$
Max cash out: 50$
Wager required: 35x

This is how you know they are shady.

Welcome to Bitcointalk- I just went to your site and registered an account there and it was pretty easy since I registered via the gmail route so I didn’t have to fill anything aside the password.

And from the interface I don’t know if it’s just me that noticed it but your interface kinda looks like that of BCgame, the sport betting section looks exactly like bcgame’s  - the moment I opened I knew that it looked exactly like one of the bookies that I’m currently using and then when I checked coinroyale and bcgame it turned out to be bc.

Well, I haven’t done anything like deposit yet, and I might try and make a little deposit so that I can try some casino games out and see how it works.

Playgram - The Telegram Casino
Welcome to bitcointalk, rakebit. This is a great place for you to start something big - including several campaigns that support the popularity of your casino. Of course you are not required to run a campaign here - but any casino that runs a campaign here will likely get higher traffic than one that doesn't [not always guaranteed]. This is supported by the use of crypto as a means of payment - so consider running it if you want to attract potential customers.

I recommend you hire one of the best campaign managers on this forum - but if you're confident about starting it yourself, then go for it. This is good for your casino's growth on this forum - but of course the promotional fee are worth it.

Welcome to this great platform mate, I see you are already set for your engagement on this platform. I guess you already have someone guiding you here because I see some improvement in your engagement here. I had to peruse your website to see for myself what you have to offer. At first it was very difficult to locate your terms and conditions of service and I would advise you make it easily accessible by visitors by removing it from that info to the bottom where it can be visible if one scrolls down your website in search for it.  I was so curious to see your restricted nations but could not see any or perhaps it is hidden or so.  I want to be sure if my country is allowed to use your casino so I do not make any mistake. Can you clearly make known your list of restricted nations here for easy visibility?

Checked your site out and really like the black + pink theme though some elements are clearly copy pasted such as the sportsbook section which is just a repaint of Rollbit's sportsbook section.

I like some of the boosted odds promotions too. Also, I feel that you need to clarify what @Potato Chips mentioned earlier op.

But it should be easy for OP to verify his connection with rakebit esp if OP is part of the core team. Let's wait for their reply.
