BTC can't be spent from it for the same reason they can't from any other address - no one has guessed a private key.

I guarantee you there are quadrillions of private keys that correspond to that address (about 2^96). But good luck finding even one of them.

Yah, this is a common misconception regarding how big the actual space of bitcoin addresses is. The existence of many novelty addresses won't help or hinder you in finding another one. If that were the case, bitcoin would be seriously broken.
