Your song is cool! Cheesy I think you can make it famous to soundcloud users if you buy some gigs in fiverr. Cheesy

How about uploading it on youtube instead, it can gain a lot of views without paying for it.

Yea its a really nice idea monetize with adsense & earn some money.

Example: https://soundcloud.com/excelsiorofficial

This song has a good sound, beat and melody.... good melody to BUT when we talk about technical quality you have all high and low sounds, no mid tones at all, record labels will run your song thruw an analyzer and it will show no mid tone vibes. That's a big no no... You need to cover ALL sound levels, low, mid and high or clubs/radio stations/dj's will never use it.

In EDM these are the things that make a song of good quality:

- Melody
- Length (never go under 4 mins for the full version)
- Techniques (DJ's want a pallet of all sound levels to be able to play with your song)

In short.... a song doesn't just have to sound good, it also has to be technically ok to get labeled.

Good sounds... i like progressive house/trance and old school.

I have been producing myself for years... have some good contacts with big labels on beatport and a few others.

One tip though... as most starting up producers you use a lot of high tones, record labels will ask you to mix again but add more low and mid sounds. Easy trick is to just copy your bass track and make a mid tone, also copy your synth-lead track and make a mid tone out of it. Sounds good but keep in mind record labels will always go for the "how would it sound in a place with 6 2-way speakers" sound... that is what gets people dancing in clubs ;-)

You got the bigroom sound covered very good ;-)

Can you tell me what plugins did u use to make the melody?

The only plugin I used was reFX Nexus2

I'm experimenting with different genres, I'm working on a 'melbourney' track right now

This is the first song I've released, was wondering if I could get some opinions on it  Smiley
The genre is Progressive House

https://soundcloud.com/excelsiorofficial

I've got a few more incomplete tracks I've been playing around with in FL Studio, I might release those eventually as well

I find it pretty good.
It is not 100 % my favourite music, but i can appreciate it.
