Topic: Rating Place Trust Abuse and attacks (Read 798 times)

Came to this thread very strangely. At first, I saw that a newbie was a future of Bitcointalk that earned quick merits. Then I realized the account had four negative tags, and I wanted to check who sent him that many merits. I found out Rating Place sent ten merits to that newbie and then saw he had negative feedback, but it could have been neutral.

And I believe this is not a proper use of a feedback system. You accused him of abusing the feedback system, which is right; he is nowhere in the DT network. He got two exclusions from the DT members. So, I don't think people care about what he writes on others' feedback pages. If you think his feedback is incorrect, you should exclude him, which you have already done. You are a DT member and should also care about your feedback. According to what LoyceV's guides suggest, your feedback on his profile is an incorrect use of the feedback system as well. Maybe it's time to change it to neutral? I saw another forum member suggested the same.

BTW, if he did something scammy or unethical, he may deserve a negative tag for that with a reference.

Look at your feedback. People always thought you played dumb. The other thing about the two of you is that you both post is if you’re psychotic. Some of your posts are totally normally although can be deceitful. Other times you both flame away like lunatics.

Strange thread IMO. You have been a member here for six years and need "opinion from DT members with experience"? 
I think you got as much knowledge as any DT member on this forum or even more in this case since you seems to know a lot of this mate. And I hope the time you spent on this was worth it!

Changed my mind on this post.

1. He won money on free spins. No deposit was made.
2. He asked for a withdraw and it said that you need to make 1 deposit.
3. He created a flag and started a thread in scam accusations.
4. The next day he made a deposit.
5. Notblox withdrew the flag.
5. I took down the negative trust and there is no mention of the case in the neutral trust. It seems to be over.

I read the whole case but I’m shaking my head now reading the first stanza of my post. I think the word I’m posting is different to what I’m typing that time due to the time when I made the post.

I knew that he made a deposit just to try the casino whether it will let him withdraw the promotion funds after satisfying the deposit first before the withdrawal function will be available. So he definitely risk his own money on this case not only the rewards he get on the free spin.

I didn’t appeal to anything. I don’t care what he says. I don’t care about trust.

notblox1 is right about something, for sure. You don't know some basic forum things very well.
First of all, stop editing the post several times. It's okay if you have a mistake and you can fix it, and for that, it's enough to edit it once, but every time you edit a post, you do some kind of bump and reactivate the thread.
Also, In your previous reply to my post, you are replying to me, but you are addressing someone else. It seems that you did not recognize who I addressed in that post. Just another confirmation of your ignorance of habits on this forum.

The negative tag he left for you is incorrect, it is based on assumptions, not on evidence. Neutral is more appropriate, like the one TwitchySeal left you.

Notblox has been online. He’s not going to change it. I don’t care about trust or merits. I don’t bother people or books unless they bother me first. He started the trust war, before I gave him negative trust, for no reason other than getting mad. I’ll leave mine neutral unless he starts the stalking again. Then it’ll go to red.

One trust and a big portion of his merits keep coming from the same guys. Waters down trust and merits.

Though probably a bit hard to understand in a simple and quick thinking, and perhaps require a simultaneous multi-sided POV to see it, this is actually why --though the flag raised in a bit of a rush-- I don't think notblox1 has any nefarious intent, that his interest is on community's safety.

I am sure what he had in mind when he raised that flag was to safeguard the community. Lest them deposited as requested and lost their money. He was afraid the community put their money and get those fund stolen, given all of the "red flags" that blaring from the site. And when he prove it himself, he's showing to the community that he's a big enough of a man to admit his mistake and withdraw the flag. Accident happens.

Now, I applaud your decision to withdraw your negative trust and change it to neutral. notblox1, perhaps you can do the same and we can get this situation resolved?

The casino wasn’t holding his money. It was free money from spins at the time of the flag May 18. He hadn’t made a deposit.

I changed the red trust to neutral.

Why do you insist on deepening this drama?
He created the flag, but later he withdrew it because they were not adequate. He may have reacted hastily at the beginning, but later he corrected his mistake and harmonized it with the norms of the trust system on the forum.
I don't see why you add that to your post. Maybe you didn't get the expected reaction, so you try in every way to keep this drama active.

This can be considered as an extortion if there’s money at risk on his side. The casino is indeed holding his funds due to manual process of withdrawal that extend waiting time.

Although I agree that flag was sent a little bit early but again I understand him since just like I mention before, this casino is new and has a very poor UI/UX. This is only an extortion attempt if he is asking money greater than the amount he declared which is not.

Most importantly, he withdrew the flag right after the casino send him the funds without asking anymore money.

That first time deposit isn't that unusual. Books don't scam in the first 24 hours since they haven't had time to collect a lot of deposits. He should have deposited and waited 24 hours. His declined withdrawal was no reason for a flag.

Here's my previous trust although it is listed as untrusted. The only guy after that was a neutral trust posted in 2016 about something in 2014.


notblox took the flag down. No support but there is opposition by one poster. It seems most thought the flag went up early. I feel the motive was extortion. A lot of other posters have complained of notblox trolling and flaming. He may have been doing the same to Anonbet. I don’t trust any new casino. No one should deposit there but flags can’t be abused or they mean nothing. Here are the two flags withdrawn. Neither met the proper criteria.



This was another time he withdrew a flag.

The “deposit before you can withdraw” terms is not part of the promotion term of this casino in question. This terms was stated on the ToS which normal casino doesn’t have.

I want to brought up too how bad this casino looks like and they are still completely new for forcing user to deposit first before they can unlock the feature to withdraw. They are luring users to deposit through the promotion rewards that clearly indicates that rewards is wager free and can be withdrawn immediately.

To cut this story short, OP surely will easily become doubtful when a suspicious casino doesn’t allow him to withdraw after he made the deposit that satisfied their terms considering that this casino is completely new. So I understand the initial reaction to warn everyone about the red flag he encounter that time to protect the community. There’s no guarantee that they will not scam anyone even after they return the OP money due to this insane terms.

Update, recap and hopefully we can put this to bed.

1. After reading the thoughts by holydarkness, I deleted the post for trolling, bullying and abusing the trust system.

2. Added a negative trust. I do believe that notblox may scam posters because of the Anonbet case. He asked to withdraw money from Anonbet. The Anonbet screen stated that he must first make a deposit before withdrawing. Instead of making a deposit and waiting 24 hours, notblox created a flag trying to force Anonbet into paying money from free spins where he had not met the requirements to withdraw according to the ToS. In the comments section I did link the thread and also added comments about his flaming, trolling, stalking and abusing the trust system.

Your posts on 5/17 were before the Anonbet situation.
