I am for XVG, I have few of them and I am plannig to keep it for a very long time. Let us see what will happen in underrated coin like XVG.
Both are always accompanied by the same increase or decrease. And XVG goes ahead.
They're both shitcoins, so I'd advise not buying either one. I'm not real familiar with xvg but rdd is total garbage. You might get lucky if someone decides to use it in a pump and dump scheme, but I'd sell it as soon as it pops. If you hold either one long-term, you're asking for trouble. Rdd just went up to something like 160 sat, but there's no support because no one uses it, and that's not going to change.
This. RDD has lost it's way. It occasionally gets pumped by pumper-dumpers who accumulate cheaply, but it always falls back because no-one uses it.
XVG got a nice pump today over 80 sats

i had some rdd in the early december good dividends but i was so stupid and sold at 5 sat because i was happy getting them off.
30 million reddcoins for only 700 euros
the project itself is a very good idea but it had only one dev and it wasnt very well organized. the hype about the project, the cheap prize and the whole hype altcoin pump in the cryptosphere did his thing.
i can say at this state it isnt worth it at all

I will invest in these two altcoins as it is very cheap at the present time and certainly these 2 altcoin will be pumped from the investors. I am sure later this year 2 altcoin will to go the moon
They can both be kept for the long term, they will not be removed from the market, I am sure 2-3 years this coin will fly to the moon, so my advice you buy both

agreed, as the market grows and new people start to come into crypto both coins will rise in price. It has happened time after time with many good coins and shitocoins
XVG without a doubt has a place in the crypto community and stands to command a much higher price in the near future. Just look at the roadmap
The answer is it depends on the investor and how much capital they have invested. Investors with larger portfolios can allocate a portion to speculative high flyers.
A) investor is completely new to crypto and has no capital invested - may be better of buying off the crypto reserve currencies BTC, LTC or ETH
B) investor is experienced, owns a portfolio with 1 of more BTC portfolio value - might consider buying one of the coins depending on their views. XVG has privacy features and the roadmap has smart contracts for the future.It is my anticipation that privacy coins as a group will continue to outperform in the future. RDD has PoS staking available so this may be a consideration for some investors.
C) investor has a large portfolio with 15+ crypto currencies - this investor might consider buying both RDD and XVG. NB I consider both XVG and RDD speculative names compared with the franchise names in the crypto space: Bitcoin, Ether, LiteCoin, Monero, Dash, Decred, Waves, NewEconomyMovement, Nx, Factom.

i would advise you to buy XVG it will be up some day because of Good support by community
I don't really know about RDD in technical details side but I am sure they both won't ever be $1. Still you can buy em safely to hold a year or two.

I'd rather choose RDD over XVG if there are only 2 options to choose from but based on their price performance i wouldn't choose any of them to invest if there are lots of alts that have good potential
I think these two coins have no potential I will not invest in it

Neither both are shitty pump and dump scams stay well away. So many other better coins out there.
Xvg is a shitty pump and dump coin for whales to feed on unsuspecting idealists. They also delete anything they dont like in their thread. Too few people have too many coins there who can easily manipulate the price.
I would buy both of them as cheap as possible. In the last altcoin season this year both rallied together very fast. Both have a good potential to grow up while the altseason number 2. Good luck ad greets
Quick update, XVG will be coming out with smart contracts. Go to their page and read the "Black Paper" all the way in the bottom to read the details on the smart contracts. That should increase the value of the coin. Just thought some more. Currently at 60 sats. Very cheap.
I choose xvg as this is coin until now is quite existing in the market. Yes the price is cheap now so I hold xvg until I see the price is expensive. There is nothing wrong believing in this coin somehow I can earn profit for holding a long term. 
Just wait for major projects to be released. That's one of the reason why a coin is getting increase value. Verge had an official announcement? That's is good then, that will create a public interest to buy that coin.
