Updated to new wallet with no issue whatsoever.
Launched new wallet. It creates a new Crapples folder in roaming.
Then closed Crapples wallet.
Copied CryptoApples wallet.dat to Crapples folder replacing wallet.dat.
Relaunched Crapple wallet and it synced and total balance and previous wallet addresses were there.

did you keep your original wallet.dat?
I did a backup and saved the wallet.dat ... so I know my coins all tucked away safe until I can get around to figuring out why wallet keeps replacing wallet.dat, might be just a simple pc restart, who knows.
ya know the trick of deleting your peers.dat file to aid your wallet in syncing but the wallet always regenerates a new peers.dat file for you next time you open appdatta ... same shit is happening to me with the wallet.dat ... never happened to me before, its a first for me..

I did the same, except new wallet keeps replacing the wallet.dat
so after 2 seconds of each time I open it I end up with 2 wallet.dats
was getting me angry and I already get bad roid rage, so I took a break!
