We are looking for french man or woman who can speak english. He/she must follow our "french side", answer
to french people in their native language and keep them in touch with FAIL news and development.
We already have people from USA, England, Russia, Italy, Netherlands, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Serbia.
Our goal is to gather worldwide team behind FAIL. Generous bounty will be offered for the position.

We had some problems with one of our nodes, but now everything looks fine. We had also prepared 1 BILLION more coins which will be used to FAIL the community and coin funding.
We expect new logo to be ready in about 3-5 days and then we will announce some news regarding our future.
P.S. Feel free to make your own logo (something like contest) and present it to the community. We will reward everybody, but please do it professional. If we like it we can use it and the "winner" will receive... well... much coins (you know we are generous).
P.S.2. Btw our hashrate was about 370MH, not 250MH as someone mentioned.

Our 3rd dedicated node 212.5.50.12 is not working at the moment, but it will be online in few hours! We will announce it when its ready.
EDIT: All of our pools confirmed that they updated their wallets!
EDIT2: Pool operator of Hashrate.eu told me that many people are keeping their coins on the pool. Please edit your accounts and set auto payouts!

I just updated the upgrade instructions. It seems that there is no need for you to create failcoin.conf. We also had problems with 2nd node, but now its working fine!

MANDATORY UPDATE! UPGRADE YOUR WALLETS!!!
Why:
1. FAIL was forked and now total amount of coins will be 84,5 BILLION.
2. Difficulty will re-target using Digishield.
3. Changes will affect after 55,000 blocks (we are now on 52,720).
4. Reward will halve every 70,000 blocks.
5. New Windows and OSX wallets are availible. They are based on 4.8.5 qt and they are with Hearthbleed fix!
6. Links for the wallets and source are provided in OP.
How:
For every end user (assuming they are Windows Wallets)
Each of these steps must be done:
1,) Make a copy of the wallet.dat file located in C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\FailCoin
2,) Close the original wallet
3,) Download and extract new wallet + dll files
4,) Remove, delete or overwrite the original Failcoin-Qt.exe and .dll files with v2.0.0.0
5,) Double check you have done step 1!!!
6,) Run the new v2.0.0.0 wallet
7,) Ensure that the wallet is synced
8,) No need to create conf
At block 55000 any old wallets will stop working and will be disconnected due to an invalid Proof Of Work.
