100 VGS if you can supply a working mac wallet in .dmg

Vegas

I'll give it a go, might be a few days though.  I think I've finally got my MN working, had to manually start it and add nodes on the VPS though so I think the VPS script integration needs a bit more work.

Is that coin having only 330 k attract investors more than coins with billions?

Yes, because coins with billions in their money supply are completely worthless. Like an economy, if that country continues to add billions into their money supply , their money is worthless.

Much like the Nigerian 100 Trillion dollar note, its worth .40 USD.

This is the EXACT reason I NEVER invest in coins that have over 10 Million in their money supply (exception is the larger trusted coins, BTC, LTC , DASH ect).

I had a thought. As it stands now, the POS reward is .5 , and also the masternode reward is .5. Should it not be that that masternodes reward more than the stakers?

My idea is this, to increase the POS reward to 2 VGS, and give 75% to the masternode holders (1.5 VGS). The stakers would still get .5 VGS. This would encourage more people to buy masternodes. I have put a poll up. The would be a more attractive ROI on the Masternode explorers.

Yes this is a great idea as masternode holders should always get more of the reward so I think what you have here is very good for the coin moving forward and yes it will bring in more people to own a masternode. At the same time as well we need the people staking to continue to support the network so maybe you could give 0.75 to people staking and 1.25 to masternode owners?

I also support the idea of 0.75 POS and 1.25 MN

I think everyone will be happy.

Personally I prefer POS  Smiley

So what caused all of the activity on Masternodes online is that fact that we had the largest increase. Masternodes online sorts the highest % change and puts it at the top. If we want to continue to get volume and attention we must buy to have the largest increase in price, and stay at the top of Masternodes online.

We need a mac wallet. Can you post it plz?

Vegas

Well I just ran the standard daemon compile (with the fix for missing dir in secp256k1) and they worked.  As I said, my machine has already been set up with deps - xcode, gcc, berkeley, etc. so anyone trying this needs those.

Code:
mkdir -p ./src/secp256k1/build-aux/m4
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
make install

Wallet data is in ~/Library/Application\ Support/LasvegascoinV2.  The compiled files lasvegascoind and lasvegascoin-cli should now be inside the src dir.  I've not tried creating a .DMG from the resulting files but can give that a go, will let you know.

Is there any active development going on for a linux wallet?  I would feel much better about setting up a remote VPS to limit the exposure to my home computer and coins.

Have you tried compiling the code?  I'm running an old version of Debian so have problems compiling most wallets on my Linux box due to Boost versions, but I actually managed to get this to compile on a Mac with very little hassle (deps already installed from messing around with other projects).  I am currently setting up a node using Florian's VPS script, once I have got this working I will add VGS support to my open PR there.

I dont know anything about compiling code.  i know even less about linux.  Ha!  Eventually, someone will get around to it Im sure!

Thanks for the replies, folks!
