Ok Coinexchange.io now on line with latest wallet 2.0 !!

https://www.coinexchange.io/market/VGS/BTC

Now lets get our "Casinodes" ready for jackblocks!!

1 casinode is a mere 1000 VGS

So Im going to give it about 2 weeks for everyone to get on wallet 2.0, then I will implement casinodes that only pays to the nodes side with multipliers. I was not able to get many wallets running inside 1 wallet yet, but I was able to run another instance of the wallet with a casinode (masternode) and it worked!!! you must make a shortcut and create a new roaming directory and use the -datadir= in the shortcut.

Ill go into more depth when I have more time. But try to get them setup now, as jackblocks will ONLY be rewarded to Casinode holders. The more casinodes you have, the better your chance of getting a multipler block.

Then I will get us listed on Masternode pro. Should be a fast ROI. I want to give it about 2 weeks for everyone to get on v2.0

hello, i finally withdraw vgs coins from coinex and have them in the wallet unlocked for over 24 hours but it says that staking is not active. When will staking be active because i not find any info on this with the new wallet. Thank you

This happend to me. Simply close your wallet, go in to lasvegascoin2 , and delete all but wallet.dat and restart.

@vegasguy - very weird! - I updated to the new wallet and lost all of my stakes from previous wallet as well as the 50 vgs bounty you gave me a couple weeks ago?  Why did that happen?

Ok we had to go onto a new chain. So all you have to do is run your new wallet, then find the folder LasVegascoin 2 , then move your wallet.dat over to it and restart. This has been performed many times and has worked. Let me know if you need further assistance.  You also may need to go into wallet repair and use zaptxes=1

Guys I am having much trouble getting coinexchange.io to update the wallet. I have asked them at least 10 times. We badly need another exchange that doesnt want a fortune to list. Ideas please?

We have https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-VGS.htm but they havent updated the wallet yet. Also they use 9 digits after the decimal.

Vegas

I have heard from other communities or at least read about it that coinexchange.io is slow on that matter. Not sure what the best way is to make them react quickly.

The issue has been to do with resourcing mainly, I can tell you that the issue has recently been dealt with and wallet upgrades/maintenance will be happening a lot quicker now.

Especially when you have good devs like vegasguy helping us to get them back online Smiley

this is good now coinex have there wallet up to date because now i can finally take my vgs coins off there to start staking. Dev you should try and list vgs listed on decentralized exchanges like altcoinio, they have a suggestion section where people can suggest coins to add. https://altcoinexchange.featureupvote.com you think it is good dev to try?

I think we need to get existing exchanges fixed. Thats the easiest and cheapest way. ;-) I opened a ticket and kindly asked them to fix it. Maybe it helps.
In the meantime lets start a telegram group or other types of channels where we can discuss the coin and invite new people to.
Also we need to get listed on coinmarketcap properly.

Hey are you still pursuing the missing of increasing merchant adoption is Las Vegas? If yes, could you convince any by now to accept the coin?

This will be the last thing that will happen here is why.

We just release V2.0. It appears flawless. The next thing is to wait for about 2 weeks and make sure everything is working as it should.

Then come the android wallet and the IOS for Iphone, Ipad ect.

At that point the wallet works flawless, and I have a mobile wallet for both main platforms.

From there I have a long list of merchants in Las Vegas that already accept bitcoin, and I will approach them.

I will also email blast every site that has an tld of .vegas in there domain and explain "Las Vegas coin"

Vegas

Sounds like the right approach so I am excited to see whether anyone will respond because it is somehow similar to a cold call. Maybe they should be targeted with a special promotional video or something like that.
