Why not include merged mining support on the list?

It took me a minute to find out which pools support both stratum and merged mining (only Eclipse and BitMinter AFAIK).

Namecoins currently add about 3% to my daily rewards.   Smiley

Hi ooc
When you have time could you update OP with new fees please
Double Geometric Payout Method 1% fee
    Pay on Target 2% fee
    Pay Per Share 3% fee
Cheers
Graet

I've updated DGM and PPS. POT needs to be listed under a new category though. I was going to move anything currently under *MPPS to "PPS variant" - want it to go there?
Thank you sir!
and yes, "PPS variant" would seem appropriate for POT Smiley
cheers

And done.

How long is the fee reduction for? Those fees are really low.

At least until ASIC is making significant impact, it is still a hashrate / fees thing, if we can double the hashrate less fee covers costs Smiley there are still people that donate above fees (much <3 for them) that also eases the burden Smiley
I still think ~10% of the network is a good size for a pool Smiley
I know there are people that wont believe me but my goal has always been a low cost pool for miners, not to make profits, when my circumstances changed and donations were not covering costs I had to introduce fees - now I'm looking for a good balance in an attempt to keep fees low but costs covered Smiley
also with stratum and vardiff I will be able to retire 1 or 2 servers and handle larger loads than previoulsy seen, so costs to run the pool are coming down Cheesy

If no one has any objections, I'll change the "*MPPS" group to "PPS variants".

FYI, Eligius has been CPPSRB (not *MPPS) for a while now.

Thanks, Luke-Jr.

Balthazar also suggested I split up the  PPS variant payment systems, but I'd rather keep them as a group rather than have them scattered, one or two pools to a grouping. It might be better to include a short sentence explaining how the variants work so miners can easily assess the differences.

I also have no problems about changing the name of the group. A simple change might be to change the group name to "PPS variants", or "*PPS"). Any suggestions?

Updated and errors fixed. In order to prevent errors from occurring in the future I've moved the pool hashrates to a separate table at the bottom of the page. That way I won't be recreating the main tables every week and risking strange url switching bugs.

Thanks Balthazar. I'll look at the script tonight.

Hey Corti!

Some of the links in the OP point to the wrong pool threads.

The Itzod link, for example, merely goes to Bitparking.

And Bitparking merely goes to Bitlc!   Cheesy

Ah, merely crap. I know I fixed that ages ago. I must have merely used the wrong back up. I'll sort it out tonight. Thx for the heads up.
