Will be posting a simple DIY guide for making your own cables for these units soon. If you have a bunch of molex or pci-e laying around from your GPU days you can use them to help power the Gridseed units.

Look forward to this, when will u post it?

I actually did get my knowledge from Summersideguy and Miaviators post. Their post have been very helpful in helping me get things up and running. How ever I'm going to show the step by step breakdown of what I did exactly for the noobs like me who have no electrician knowledge.

PM me when you get this made, I'll link it in the Guide.

Here you guys this is what I did to make my own cables

There are many guides on here already including guides to powering through PC PSU, See below for some links and some pictures I have thrown on here for using a molex end to plug.

See images below, as well as a link to a forum thread with all the wiring scematics.

I have 2 miners atm so I am using ide molex entension cables I had lying around to power both and if need be the controller.

The top 2/3 of the forum thread below has molex and PCIE power connector scematics as well as USB

Ans yes you can wire that pcie cable to your barrel connector, rem the inside barrel is V+ if you have a barrell connector the and if the wires are not color coded inside then on the outside on one of the black's there should be whitish-grey stripes or a solid line, it may be clear it may be faint, but this is the V+ line of the barrell connector. The link I posted above will tell u the scematics of your PCIE, but it is fairly straight forward, you have 3 yellow which ar 12V+ and 4 grounds. Do not wire a control board to this as it only requires 5V+

Also I have a question about the groupbuy does the price include shipping, if not what is shipping to Canada Per unit, Thanks

Escrow?

I can do that for only things I have on hand... If you would like I can escrow for you a couple of Gridseeds controllers, and power bricks, I also have some gpu's selling for reasonable offer accepting escrow, but for a group buy I can only accept bitcoin no escrow

How is it that you are able to produce pictures of the miners, yet you imply that they are not on hand?

In the OP I stated that my 1st GB purchase was for myself and friends. I wanted to host this public GB the reasons stated in my previous post here. I explained everything in the post about the escrow situation. For the members that pm'd me about ordering I have never once tried to convince them to hand over their money.

Edit: oh and didn't you see the previous comments I am a master of photoshop lol  Wink... sarcasim

It's all a bit strange - the fact that reputable members have offered escrow free of charge and he has declined also doesn't help.
