BTC UPDATE
Bitcoin is breaking previous resistance at 7500-7600$ and trying to test 7800$. Let's see whether it is possible for BTC to fly right now or not.
Why BTC can break the resistance?
1. We have a clear bullish flag which should end around 8500-8800$.
2. We just broke global resistance and holding above it already for a few hours.
Why BTC needs a correction?
1. We still don't see a right correction after insane pump from 6300$.
2. **7800$ resistance is really huge, (https://www.tradingview.com/x/U71iMCk9/) BTC took 4 attempts to break 7600$ though it wasn't so tough.
3. TA indicators shows that BTC is **overbought.
4. During today's pump 4k long positions were opened and now we have 65% longs and only 35% shorts - this looks like a bull trap.

BTC dominance 45.3% UP 0.3% in 24h Long-term downside resistance remains at 35.5%. 40% is now the new mid-term resistance. BTC dominance high for 2018 was briefly broken yesterday at 45.8% and rejected.
Global Cap $277B DOWN $8B in 24h The 2018 low is $233B. $291B short-term upward resistance being tested right now. This resistance held twice in the past 5 weeks.
Daily Global Volume $14.1B DOWN 1.7B.
Large buy candle in BTC yesterday took BTC dominance to a new 2018 high of 45.8% for a few hours before BTC weakened and took the global cap down with it. 39 of the top 40 coins/tokens are down vs fiat in the last 24 hours, so we now have a weak GLOBAL BEAR state with sharply declining volume.
Looking at the BTC 1d chart, that candle yesterday does not look like much, but on the 1h chart, it looks like it could represent a topping pattern to me. A short-term top for BTC, for BTC dominance, or even both. The speed at which that candle was rejected is notable. Here is that action on the 15m bars…

Looking at ETH vs BTC, the largest component of alts, and we say that multi-day dumps vs BTC are common. In fact, this chart even could still be in bullish retracement (61.8% fib retracement range) long-term. No downside support in sight.

ALT Market is bleeding and we shouldn't pump now, high selling pressure of alts, its time to hold BTC until further notice.
