well there are some people making maybe 1btc weekly on bitx campaing as no limit on it well is the best payout campaing running for sure

Yeah... i guess ponzis are a great business still, so that they can give these rates. Though i somehow doubt he will earn so much that his initial advertising investment will come back in.
Would be great though if they would be real at the end.

I might be wrong, but I'm under the impression that the Secondstrade's signature campaign is still accepting members (Junior Member and higher ranks) - payment is still low, but it's almost double what YoBit is paying you at the moment (per post).
In relation to you being able to regain enough activity to reach Senior Member, it seems possible: you'd need a minimum of 240 total posts, assuming you were relatively active in the forum this last year, which appears to be the case - Hero Member however, would require you to have been registered, and active, for longer than what you were. But I would advise against trying to do it at the pace you're suggesting, unless you really have that many constructive posts to contribute to the forum; if you don't, you'll likely end up being banned for spamming.

Yup, people are going to be surprised by the transaction fee their wallet asks them to pay in order to get a confirmation on a spend of all that dust.
