What do people see as the best campaign to join for a jr member
probably yobit is the best campaign for a jr member. because only yobit accepting jr members..
Secondtrade campaign also allow Jr members but now they are not accepting new participants I think.
Bitvest and 777coin also accept jr member, but to join the campaign needs so big patience because the campaign manager is not active every day on this forum and they have a problem on the payments (mostly late)

Wondering there are some altcoin signature campaigns but no one is listed on OP. Could those altcoins campaign be added on the list? Or this is just for non-altcoins campaign?
Did you bother to read the OP? I bet not, because it's clearly stated that this is an Bitcoin only overview and I will never add alt-coins.

This is obviously just for campaigns paying in bitcoins. There's a seperate list for alt coins somewhere.

how do these sites know how much you've posted?
they hire a manager to keep track of posts. few signature campaigns uses bots to count (example: bit-x).
Also do they pay into a wallet like blockchain.info and `are the payments usually on time?
it varies. some pay directly to your address, some requires you to have an account on their service so that the payment will be sent there (example: bit-x).

usually, yes. but some signature campaigns have tendency to pay late. some are worse than others (example: bit-x).
though I still like bit-x.

No one knows except the owner of BitSupra. Lets just wait for the official announcement, maybe they will inform yahoo as the campaign manager then yahoo inform it to the participants.
