If not for merit hunting the content of the thread would be different and more useful for the forum rather than creating thia thread which the reference already explain the rules that you have to follow and it has been discussed several time here in the forum.
Seconding this.

I'm getting sick of all the people trying to teach others the forum rules while posting in broken english. when they're really only doing it in hopes of catching a few merits.

All aboard the circlejerk!

I think there was a proposal to create a welcome message, based on the basis of knowing rules before the penalty is executed but believe me. You should ask yourself why your account has been banned? It is not the responsibility of admins to explain the reason for the ban to all members.*IMHO*

Create a topic for the purpose that your account may have been banned by mistake?

Professional in what sense?

Probable reasons for accounts getting banned

Consider the advice, but I'm not talking about: (possibly) I talk about mistakes and avoid, with the aim of reading the existing forum rules, to refrain from doing or breaking the rules, can be banned.
it's up to him to read or not it's someone's risk, I'm just giving information and complaining.

When we have the guidelines sticked by moderators, why we need something new guideline?

I think you should collect all the sticky thread and make a thread about it on beginners which is the section for newbie, normally people visit meta after they got banned so no use for this if it is to be here.

Consider the advice
I'm with Findingnemo on this one, the title doesn't make sense.

I think that this topic is a guideline for coming to be more professional in the bitcointalk forum.
I don't think it helps, it's hard to read, and there's nothing new.

But I think it would be nice if you posted this on Beginners and Help section and I'm sure many newbies there will catch up this informative description.

If a person is banned already and reported to be operating another account, his new account too would be banned under ban evasion rules.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]
And include also that still, they can create an account if they have a valid argument why their account got banned and should appeal by making a thread. They can only post in the meta section. IMO

that's the problem, the account is banned, most topics are on Meta, not in the beginner's section.
So, sometimes Newbie can run here to read the forum rules.

Renamed.
thank you, advice.

Do you think people will read your thread? when all these linked threaded were sticky threads on their respective section,I think the chances are less.

Can you make the topic tittle somewhat understandable, like Probable reasons for accounts getting banned or something like that!

Good, description about why you could be banned here. Hope this at lest reduce the future annoying ban appeals.

You could also add a reason about ban evasion

If a person is banned already and reported to be operating another account, his new account too would be banned under ban evasion rules.

NOTE: topic This is the purpose for which someone's account information is prohibited and as a reference for future.

The rules of the Ultimate Bitcointalk Forum: Topic: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

During this time I noticed a lot of posts in Meta about (Why my account was blocked), of course, the mistake that is often said is (copy/paste), maybe many members do not know or there is no desire to read about all forum rules. written rules maybe they areignore it.
trampleI want to provide other sources other than (copy/paste) their banned accounts or (plagiarism).
Of course in this case, the members are generally blocked.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: Why was my account banned?
A: You probably have broken one of the rules. Try emailing a message to the specified appeal email shown in your ban message.

This includes one of the rules for banned accounts, so if someone is banned, not finding someone is prohibited, in the case of (copy/paste), it is likely that someone violates this rule:

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

However, trolling isn't allowed. If a user is habitually posting obviously false nonsense ("obviously false nonsense" to an outsider, NOT to someone who follows or is involved in the discussion) just to stir up trouble, then it's considered trolling, which is prohibited. Such cases should be thoroughly documented in the report though (There are tons of reports that just say "trolling", but moderators don't have time to look through each user's post).

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

Update: I added details for things about the banned.
FAQ. This must be read to find out more.

Topic: Users posting "joined" type posts when not required or allowed will be BANNED

Topic: Giveaway threads are not allowed

In other cases someone is prohibited because of the sale of Merit, this can also be a person's account gets a permanent ban.

Topic: FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit

I think that this topic is a guideline for coming to be more professional in the bitcointalk forum.
It's time to change and bring the bitcointalk forum to the better and respected by the world.
