INTRODUCTION

RERO platform has been designed to connect the real estate and renovation business together with the blockchain technology. It will be a place where home owners can put their house on the market or put their home improvement needs online so that business owners can respond and make them an offer on the renovation. Next to this their will be another service provided, where real estate agents can respond to the home owners and help them sell their home for the best profit. This kind of business has a special name, it’s called a tendering platform, which is exactly what we are in the process of creating with our team and our advisers on our side.


OUR MISSION

Our mission is to develop a platform which will make it possible for home owners to put their listing online for free and the paid subscribers; real estate agents, construction companies and contractors can then respond to the listing and establish a new business relationship. This way not only they will accomplish a broader customer base, but they will increase their production and revenue as well. Our targeting group are the markets in Europe and the United States of America. These groups have shown the biggest need for a platform like this and are the easiest to implement our products in. After we have accomplished this we will widen our platform and make it available on the Asian markets as well.

Currently we have hired a team of 4 developer who are working on developing the platform which will enable to bring home owners, real estate agents, construction companies and contractors together to build their product and to sell it for the best price available.
The platform will be designed in such a way that listing your project will be free, this will maximize the number of listings that will attract more business owners to get a RERO membership.
There will be several memberships available for business owners, every membership has a pre-established number of reaction that they will be able to respond to, in this way we hope to establish a fair competition between the businesses, so everybody will get their fair share of the market.
RERO team will be 24/7 available in case there is a need to correct something or to mediate between the home owner and the business owners, this way we hope to avoid and if needed to correct any problems that may occur.
