A real estate transaction involves many middlemen that blockchain can eliminate. There has been
one real estate transaction done using Propy's platform in Vermont state recently. Google to read its details.

That is one of the most useful things in using blockchain, lessening the unwanted fees and payments of the middleman for a certain property to be sold. There also a lot real estate that are utilizing blockchain now and maybe you could state the difference from their project as well as their team and roadmaps.

yep, finished reading the whitepaper of Propy. It's like ebay but designed especially for real estate. The transaction for buying and selling properties are easier and hassle free to the parties involved. reducing unwanted middlemen makes it easier and the transaction is much faster. I also read an interesting ICO, AQwire. according to their whitepaper they claim that the buyer can have a discount of the property of 10%- 30% due to reducing middlemen.

does blockchain helpful in real estate business? thoughts on this?
Will do useful, rather so. After all, now no agency concludes transactions on the basis of crypto-currencies, which are still not clear how to officially conduct. But between the participants, I heard a couple of transactions such really were, but the consequences are unknown. So you need a settlement.

The only possible thing from blockchain to remove the middle mans. Blockchain is about the automation based on the distributed ledger system. I see another real estate project just like REX. It looks like propy has built a working platform. The blockchain will help real estate transaction to increase its speed and transparance in the transaction process. In the conclusion blockchain gives so many impact to the real estate market.

Hi, you can get some ideas by searching on ICO’s that offered real estate. Try to look on PROPY’s white paper. It is a real estate type of business powered by blockchain. There are also other real estate project that has successful ICO. Hope that you get some answers by looking on their white paper and after ICO reviews.
