it is fake. It clearly lures you to send bigger and gives you the promise of big results, after which it will run away and scam. that's an old con strategy. don't believe it

I guess you yourself wanted to scam in this forum therefore you have such an idea to everyone here that you had sent $1 and you recived $2. But, most of use here having bursting scams and therefore your trick did not work here.
Maybe for us, this trick will not work, which I am afraid this trick is trusted by people who have just joined this forum and do not know much about a crypto scam If someone gets stuck on a scam site and becomes a victim. Then that person will spread the FUD in various media and say that bitcoin is a scam.

Looks like it was you who wanted to do some dangerous thing in this forum. The name you use on this forum is the same as the name used on the website, it is not something that is difficult to guess that you are related to the website.
Nobody will give 5000 BTC publicly and for free. That is the equivalent of 9.5 million USD. This concept of doubling money is very dangerous for new users who do not understand how to make money using Bitcoin. It is highly recommended to remain realistic and not easily trust and send money to the wallets of strangers.

Hello, just sent 1$ and received 2$. Is a trick something or just a scam to make me send more and then run with my money?

Much better to stay away in such scam airdrop. They just give you a try so that you can trust and send more to them then they will take it away. Or maybe you're the one of them and trying to convince and deceive others to fall on your trap.

I'm skeptical of you because your account is new and there are a lot of people who make some arguments for promotion. However, it is a scam giveaway which has no proper and permanent evidence so it is foolish to take it as legal. I don't believe in all such giveaways so stay away from all these scams because losing money is hard to get back.

fake You should not make a deposit because it was a fraud committed by people who want to earn money instantly by tricking by using a giveaway bitcoin ends there will be in order to make a deposit you better not make a deposit if you do not want to lose your bitcoin.
Even the one writing on that thread (OP) is fake too. He did things that could deceive other people. I mean, he has the giveaway and pretend to ask about "is it real or fake?" so that people are curious and want to make a deposit. But unfortunately, the way he does it is outdated, and many know that this is a trap. Hopefully, no one will be fooled by the fake giveaway he created.

These types of investment sites are scam so it is best to stay away from them. There were many sites from 2017 to 2019 but none of them lasted long. In fact, they can't explain the reason why they pay back twice in 24 or 48 hours. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. I have seen so many people who have lost everything because of greed.

That's why I can't recommended any person to invest this types of site.

Indeed, I'm pretty sure he will no longer have the intention to use that account anymore after reading the bad comments here. Another scammer was debunked Roll Eyes.

By just looking at the ROI you might already tell that it was a scam lol. Imagine, how come that you can double your money instantly by just sending. That's so ridiculous. Probably he is new on scamming.

This is absolutely fake and scam. This scam giveaway I have been seeing for many days! I don't know what is your intention, because this is your first post in the forum, maybe you are trying to convince people in a different way to invest in this scam,  then I must say you are in the wrong place. Don't try to scam people's money in this rough time, these scammers should not stay in this world, they don't deserve it.

This kind of action are absolutely scam because if you are just giving a number of one dollar and now you will get a two dollar profit I think they are just supporting the small amount of value on the first places so the users may encourage to make an investment on their platform looks like the OP did and they pay back your money immediately also they are a lot of fall on this scam and I think this thread may remove to the Scam Accusations because no-one will believe on this kind of action also I will not encourage most of the newbies to visit the platform this is just like Ponzi scheme. I highly recommended making a research before you entering this kind of scamming platforms.

If it's to be good to be true then it's probably not true. I've encountered tons of doublers like that when i first entered the Bitcoin space. I was noob back then and started to invest in HYIP, Doubler and Cloud mining so i can tell those types of things are scams meant to bait you. Because nothing in this world can double your money in a matter of seconds except for trading.

Most of the doubler coins are scam because how can you make a money if you are just trying to double the funds of others it is just a big loss on your side if you are a developer.

everyone can easily understand their real intention. Do you really believe that you have to send money first than you received the amount eligible for you?
Also, look at the second quotation, "if the transaction does not procedure properly, make somebody's day struggle carriage the constant sum to the BTC deal with again", after you pick up scammed once, they will give it a go to make you over by indicative you to fling the constant amount.

These guys aren't trustworthy as I have checked them out through the link, but, sometimes  ago I had to fell for this scam because I was new to the community and was actually in need of quick money. This taught me a great lesson which I can't forget in a hurry. This is a pure scam from them and any  funds transmitted to them is gone and gone forever without getting anything back in return. Never send any funds to any individual or groups that promise to double your sent funds back to you, this is fake and "an open letter to scam".

If this is truly legit as they claimed then anyone can make use of different addresses to claim as much as they want and they wouldn't be caught. So, this is a pure scam. And the funniest part of this all is that even the op is one of them.

The group claims to be Steve Wozniak or whatever it is they call themselves, and the op's name is SteveWozniakStaff lol. Stop fooling around man, and this is an old type of scam. some time ago what fraud schemes were common enough.  apparently for a certain time this scheme has lost its relevance, as many people were aware of this form of fraud.  only with good advertising of this project, in any case, there are people who will give money to the scammer.  In any case, the fraudster will win, and as for us personally, then if you own the information, then you are armed and safe.

Looks like a fake giveaway or ponzi scheme. You promote it and involve new participants. I don't think that someone else will send money there.

I don't think so because, for new people in crypto, they will think that is a legit offer so they will try to send to prove if that offers is really legit or not. I think that already exists from a long time ago because I saw that in the past, but unfortunately, I believe that is not real because who wants to give free money to other people without doing something.

These doubling schemes are always fraud. In my country many people give this doubling offers and people do invest in such schemes. They may get profit initially but they lose in the end. Such people will run away when someone deposit a big amount of money.

That is true, good or legit project never ask you money to get the reward. But they will offer to promote and share a good word to all people and most of them use social media as a place to promote. But seeing what OP's say that is definitely scam and I don't think he try to promote it to the user in this forum. He only ask if the project is legit or not and if he send a huge money will they (the platform) send back the reward as they promised.

This kind of promotion and action is just a scam there are a lot of banners like that in the world of twitter and telegram usually most of the time in the telegram because there are a lot of people making some earnings and promotions their projects with the name of the bitcoin. As you can see on that statement
just sent 1$ and received 2$.
its already give you a hit what are this kind of platform it is already a scam or fake they don't want to waste their platform it is just like they are giving their whole supply of their money to the people who wants to make an investment on them. If you are in a business mind you will not do this kind of actions. But if you are a scammer there is a lot of catchy things you will add to your platform statement and promotional banner to encourage a lot of people to make an investment.

This is already an old trick. Indeed, they are successful in the past years where people aren't aware of such a scheme but I was amazed how they still making that trick again. It was just stupidity if someone will fall into this.
For they are sorry because this old and genuine trick will surely they won't succeed.

@OP if you are made a research about this platform you will avoid getting scam because its a technique or trick to encourage people to make an investment on them by giving good feedback on the first investment on them. Always make a background check to be good to your money.

This totally fake, anything that looks promising like double the ROI even triple, is surely a scam. Only newbie will fall for this kind of money doubling trap scheme that gives people double fold of their investments and it also encourage people because of this kind of promises. Always keep in mind, crypto is not a financial advice, put venture at your own risk and always do your research before engaging into it. My best advice is to join legitimate crypto airdrops instead and most of them are totally free.

The airdrop is 100% fake, be careful this is a trick scammers to attract the interest of its victims. There have been many similar methods,
avoid airdrop like this. Do not be easily fooled by this kind of trick, because scammers give $ 2 after we send $ 1 for we goaded into sending
with more numbers. Therefore if you find a giveaway that offers rewards to be good to be true you should be careful, do extensive research to
ensure scams or not.

Its almost a decade old trick and usually it's going to reappear every time bullrun is coming. Back in 2016-2017, there were lots of these too which cointelegraph itself is being impersonated in facebook.

For some time it becomes common because the Dobler once become business of some faucets and this idea is also from a doubler.

It might be part of their schemes for making you to send a much larger amount of profit, and then running away with your money, that is why you should avoid it and blocked their messages right away if you encounter this kind of scheme again. This kind of scam schemes is sometimes obvious that they forcing you to send money to them, so you could gain a much larger, but in the end you will received nothing and you are unable to contact them again.

$1 is not that huge. They are probably waiting for you to send such huge amount. Then left you hanging afterwards. While they are tempting you to deposit more, it can be a scam so do not hesitate to leave the site immediately.

It's kinda suspicious. Doubling your money instantly where in fact they have no products to sell or even they aren't using the money for trading so what is the basis for your money to be doubled?

Basically that's a clear case of scam giveaway, many have been trapped with this type of deceits from scammers when they will ask members of the giveaway to send some amount of money to activate their Blockchain address in order to receive the said giveaway. Even when many still understand their deceits, they Still pretty fall for their scams because of their greediness in life.

Recently, someone started a big giveaway on Facebook and many fell into their traps to send them their hard earned money because of their greediness, let us know that, there is no free giveaway in the world anymore, be contented with what you have in life.

I think that it works like a financial pyramid. The first participants make a profit, but when it becomes popular and accordingly profitable for scammers, then deception occurs. I do not confirm that these are scammers, but you should be careful with this.
You should be aware that there are a lot of user already who scammed by this trick, send money first in order to gain money more than we spend.

Here are some accusation that I took in scam accusation board
1. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-alert-tesla-fake-giveaway-5221373

Never ever do things like this.  There is no such thing as free money anywhere in the finance world.  Sure you've got air drops but these are from shit coins that have very little to no chance of ever making their coin worth a damn and catch on.  As someone who's spent over a decade working in the finance industry, I've come across countless "bonus" and "free" investments...they are always a scam or have a stipulation attached to them.  Not worth the risk.

Hi, don't send any btc in that site for greed, you will lose your fund totally. I have lost my funds in this type of scam site before coming this forum. There is no easy way to earn free btc. They will pay you first small payment, and when you will send big amount, they won't pay you.
at least there is one here that speaks true and you are that person.

People are enough from this scammers .

Right my mate. I have practical experience in such sites before so it is my duty to warn another people so that they become aware and don't engage in any trap. We know many members are now very aware but some new members can fall into trap. I will say to invest in any exchange for trade like binance, kucoin etc but not in any hyip or such fake sites.

Old tricks used by scammers to deceive people who want more gifts.
No one will return your money twice as much, without doing anything.

The $1 profit that you get is just a stimulus that makes you send even more.

100% profit right now is just nonsense spread by con artists.
Only real work or real investment can never give 100% profit very easily.

Typical way of scamming people. To explain what is giveaways, giveaways is more like an airdrop where you have to complete some tasks before you get your prize. Some giveaways do that and some giveaways never let you complete any task and all you need to do is to claim the giveaway. Giveaways like that asking you to send btc then get more than the btc you send is an obvious scam same as other sites where the stated that you can earn btc by mining and once you have enough balance to withdraw but they ask you to send btc before you can withdraw. It's a bid fake.

Most casinos around the world using the same tactic to lure gamblers. First they give the money, and then they take it all.

Does that mean that you believe all casinos are rigged?

I'd say it's our greed that makes us lose it all. You play low stakes and feel like you're winning but not making enough so you play high stakes and realize you don't have enough to stay in the game.

It's not the casinos that made the game they're just a part of it.

The fact that you are going to sent the money to him is I think enough proof that this is fake or a scam.
I don't think this is real at all what is going to happened when you send a dollar to them is they just going to disappear in the end and scam your money simple trick. Don't entertain this don't fall for a 1$ profit it is not even worth checking for just a classic scammer thing.

The giveaway is not legit looking at it. Steve Wozniak is an Apple co-founder and they are no good reviews on this giveaway. It could be some scammers with another strategy of making money. In this cryptocurrency market, nothing is free to be sincere. You must work to earn a single coin. So they are working to see you lose your coin while they earn from you. Giving you $2 after sending $1 is because they want you to send more, as simple as that and also they look at you to send a positive review about them so that others will fall prey to their format. Be careful with your money and focus on learning a skill that will earn you bitcoin rather than researching on Giveaways.

Actually, I think he's the scammer himself. The Bitcointalk username matches the one in the link. I think it's just a way to promote this scam. In fact, in his message he writes that he sent $ 1 and received $ 2. So what was the point of his question? Crypto lovers are no longer fooled, because most of them are informed

Isn't it obvious that it's fake? Isn't it suspicious enough to make you realize that people won't give away free money? No wonder why people end up falling into this sort of fraud because they easily believe things without looking at the process of achieving it. It isn't a good opportunity, and it's just a bunch of sweet lies. You will clearly understand it if you are aware of the different methods of a fraudster.

Just sent 1$ and received 2$, it's like a doubler for me Grin

I already saw some advertisement like that in the past. I did try that to see if that will work or not. Some of that is work, but the other is not work. But with the OP say, I don't think that is legit because that era is over, but you will see another advertisement like that on some websites. Just think with your mind, who want to send the double amount to other people with free? Do you want to do that?

Be careful if you see that on another website because this trick will always work, especially for new people who don't have much information about doubler or something like that.

Definitely that's a scam in the making. Why would someone do that if it is legit? We have seen this scam strategy many times. But this one, small money is involved. So I guess, he's targeting a lot of users. So not bad, large number of users x $1 = large amount of $$s. So please don't fall on this cheap strategy even if you will lose $1.

Yesterday,my Youtube video feed was full of weird videos, which state that  Elon Musk,Steve Wozniak or Bill Gates are turning towards the crypto industry,so they are running big giveaways.
Most of the streamed videos had several thousand people watching.I guess those are fake stream viewers.

Fake,
You can send any amount of Bitcoin (between 0.1 BTC - 20.0 BTC) and we will airdrop back the correct amount that you are eligible for
Seeing only this,
If the transaction does not process properly, please try by sending the same amount to the BTC address again, and it should go through. Your original transaction will be refunded as you can only participate once.
And this, everyone can easily tell their real intention. Do you really think that an airdrop is something that you have to send money first before you received the amount eligible for you?
Also, read the second quotation, "if the transaction does not process properly, please try sending the same amount to the BTC address again", after you get scammed once, they will try to get you again by telling you to send the same amount. lol.

That is a classic scam, there is no a website that will make your money double, that is an obvious scam buddy, do not try that because I am once scam-related on that thing, it offers to double your money for only 24 hours, I have learned my lesson from that, there is no easy money in this crypto world, you will earn money for all the hard works and efforts you will give for something.

Always so research when trying some website because there are a lot of fake websites made by hackers, always read reviews before trying it.

Its scam there are many post something like this before and they will not double your money, there is no reasons to do that and by the way they will not also refund the balance you send since they are just using a fake giveaway .

I remember a scam like this using the name of Satoshi fake giveaway and use fake website almost the same as bitcointalk they are just changing one letter in domain.

Many have done this style before. But to answer your question, it is fake and no one is interested in this kind of scam. Every user here is already knowledgeable about the investment scheme, so, you better stop spreading scams.

There are a lot of scammers out there, so you need to be very cautious, just because you received twice as much money you send them doesn't mean that they are not scammers.
This is the very reason why youtube is banning crypto-related on their platform in the past few months.

Even Brad Garlinghouse of ripple has sued them over someone using his name&likeness in the cryptospace to get away with proliferating these scam on there.
Clear cut why they have had anything to do with crypto in their cross hairs.
Thanks alot garlinghouse! Roll Eyes

I do not agree with chico crypto and do not like their channel but they were the only one who directly saw xrp's law suit as the main reason why youtube/google had been doing this to the crypto youtubers since then.

This is a classic scam that started on twitter.

Don't believe someone will just send you doubled or tripled the amount you sent them. That's an obvious scam.

Are you really asking if this is real or you are up to something?

Many have done this style before. But to answer your question, it is fake and no one is interested in this kind of scam. Every user here is already knowledgeable about the investment scheme, so, you better stop spreading scams.

Looks like a fake newbie want to promote this fake giveaway by asking about legit or not. Just registered in this forum with username impersonating of Steve Wozniak and asking about fake giveaway. It's very suspicious thing how can all of them is related

Totally agree, very suspicious. But even without the username as a giveaway, it would still be suspicious. If you say "I made 100% profit from this, is it legit?", then you're not really asking the question, you are just encouraging other people to get involved by suggesting they can double their money.

I would stay well away from that site.

Hello, just sent 1$ and received 2$. Is a trick something or just a scam to make me send more and then run with my money?
