initially, the users agreed with the rules jamalaezaz in which it was not forbidden to write in one board, If it was originally indicated that the local board will not be taken into account, many did not join the company, bud Some have fulfilled their obligations under the rules which operated for more than a month and then you come along and change the rules, what does it mean?

I already wrote 50 quality posts (in local board), but in new spreadsheet I marked Rejection just because my posts in local board, I disagree with that, I want that developers fire current campaign manager because he gives negative for your campaign and campaign look like scam or cheating.
If i'll not get my bounty i'll give negative trust to irfan_pak10 because he change rule after I've done task.

First, I think you underestimate the scale and strength of the Russian community in this forum.
Second, judging by the pre-ico, the task of the promo project perfectly copes, in spite of or even thanks to our local messages.

The rules could be changed for new users, and not for those who participate from the very beginning. Russian locale has always been considered at the level of English.

Pretty much 100% that not receiving tokens that hold no face value isn't fraud anywhere in the world.
