I honestly can’t even remember the projects that really fulfilled their promises, except perhaps top projects that are already on the stock exchange and already have serious opportunities for development. For example ETH or NEM, I can not remember anything yet.
Well, of all the coins that are listed, I can only say that I use the product only in eth, the rest of the products I do not represent in my life and so far they are useless to me

What i actually find is that there are many projects which are continously support their product even after market collapse. I want to add name.
ESSENTIA - - They keep working on project and recently they have launched iOS Mobile app for essentia wallet and also will be launched super node very soon.
TELCOIN-- telcoin also working on project even after 1 year of ico. They have partnerships with many communication companies.

Apparently OriginTrail (TRAC) has a working product (Celeia dairy products traced).
Celeia on its website admits to the use of OriginTrail technology.

I am not sure if it was already mentioned - BitTube. It is opensource project of YouTube. It is really working project that has its own coin. I bought some coins in my bag for the next bull run.

I am familiar only with Credits project. It is really working product in which I trust. I personally interact with developers. They are big experts and really trust in the own project. They constantly communicate with the community. Developers all the time work on the project, testnet 3.0 version already appeared.

You could also add Ignite Ratings to the list. It is not yet listed on CMC, but it has a product that is kinda working.
It takes time for a project to grow since most of the ICOs are startup company so don't be expect after the sale period and exchange listing there will be a skyrocket profit. It needs enough time to introduce to the masses for their working product and it is normal that the value of their asset will be a lot lesser than the actual price during the sale period. There are a lot of potentials of a working crypto projects, who knows in the next 3 years or more and that will be the start of their rising value.

You forgot to mention Bittwatt. This coin is a utility coin that is useful upon payments of energy. Each coin represents a 1 kWh. So bittwatt tokens can be use as a payment on their electric bills. This coin is great, active team, on time roadmaps, and etc.
I remember this project. On bountyhive he was. I did not even participate. And that's why - how much electricity does a small city consume? 1 BWT = 1 kWh. How many tokens should there be for everyone to have? It's hard to even imagine.
As a platform for the exchange project will go. But with increasing demand, the price per kilowatt will rise, and who needs it?
