Clark's page is great (don't forget to click his ads, as a sign of gratitude) and essential for the orderbook, but you can use https://www.tradingview.com/e/?symbol=MTGOX:BTCUSD# for technical analysis.

i'm using moodys chart right now albeit w/out the trading capability but its about as real time as can be except for occasional lag and even made a few dollars even after gox platform fees... i'd payup or donate a five or ten each month after i'm trading awhile to see how worth it it is...it doesn't have rsi just stochastic and macd but that's  a well coded program...thanks for it..i'll be donating a few dollars soon at month end after a gain a few more dollars using it.

Within 4-5 weeks we'll start closed beta.

Count me in. I have experience in alpha and beta testing of trading applications.

I haven't done chart annotations yet (trendlines, Fib. levels, etc.), but that could be done, given user interest.

Trendlines are a must (with and without a ray/extension). fibs, arrows, etc. can wait.

Somewhere on the order of $10/mo, paid in BTC. I'm planning on having multiple account types (pro / basic) in the future, so there will be price stratification.

This is a reasonable price, if the quality is good.

When will your RTBTC service start?

Within 4-5 weeks we'll start closed beta.

Do you plan to add other exchanges than mtgox?

Yes!

Can you share some info on the planned functionalities of the charts application? Do you have some screenshots?

Charts is fully-featured. Many indicators / overlays will be in there, with more added over time. I haven't done chart annotations yet (trendlines, Fib. levels, etc.), but that could be done, given user interest.

What will the pricing be?

I'd be cool if it was just a one time purchase. Subscription fees are more than I can handle I'm afraid

Subscription is for trading capability through the site, for continued support, for the awesome charts, etc. It will not be too much and will be payable in BTC.

This thread is well-timed!

I am using this http://www.iqfeed.net/ for historical and real-time data for futures and forex. I pay about $120 per month.

It would be cool if they or any other data vendor started supporting BTC data feeds from at least mt.gox (other exchanges are welcome).

I could pay $3-5 USD per month to get a quality feed and hook it to my frontend.

Noted  Wink What front end are you using, btw?

this will be a subscription service (not free)

The bitcoin global market must be the first free market, this has to be the basic property.
Nowadays markets are not free, exchanges are behind brokers,
live datafeeds for subscribers only and so on and on..

That's why i'd quit trading the usual stuff,
there simply was not enough philosophy involved..

You go spend 2+ years on building the best real time data website out there, establish server infrastructure, hunt down bugs, add features for noisy users, and then release it to the public for free  Wink
