My reason, the first bitcoin is now again down, the second bitcoin is already legal from some countries like Korea, Japan etc., the third there is no tax charge.
If I were you, I would buy BTC at this time because the price is go down as stone. Afterall it is crypto. After all btc is still secondary or not a primary. So you can buy now and wait for the time that it will increase again. But as of now, unfortunately I have no capital now
Now is the best time to but bitcoin since prices are down and please don't sell too soon don't panic when coin drops. So better invest now while price is low and sell when price is higher.

The adoption and development of blockchain by banks is a proof how decentralization and blockchain technology will prevail and will be the future of banking system. Bank institutions have recognized they need to be updated and be inline with the current technology to keep their business going and keep their clients. I think that this shall also contribute to strength of bitcoin but I just hope that they will not control or monopolize bitcoin if that happens. And right now, the price of bitcoin is acceptable for those who want to invest since it is cheaper which means you can gain big profit once you sell it when the price go higher as the demand increases as well.

I think one reason is because bitcoin is in a low price since its 20000 Dollar mark. I think the big dip happened because of the shifting of years and some cryptocurrency banning in some countries. But still bitcoin has a big chance of rising again in the 3rd quarter of the year or even earlier. Yes, Bitcoin is dipping again, they say due to several reasons. I guess Bitcoin would be struggling more with national government restrictions and such news about national regulations would influence the growing tendency of Bitcoin harmfully. But I am sure Bitcoin has enough potential to survive and raise.
