Thanks guys for all the confirmation and sharing insight. I was too busy on my job on the start of this week and totally forgot to check this thread.

The content of the thread is too long while the email is totally new to me. I already submitted to the official claim portal so I was surprised to received another email containing another set of instructions for claiming. I will disregard this email just to make sure my funds is safe.

There's already a discussion about this topic: FTX Customer Claims Portal
Someone might think that it's not an official email from FTX but as said, you better go and check the official link and instructions that has been dropped there for your convenience.

Anyone received this email just in?
I have not yet received such an email yet, but I have seen some members already go about the claiming process which means that it's likely that they have already received a similar notification

I received a different notification back in March from this: [email protected]
The presence of the "kroll.com" domain name means that it's not a phishing link.

It looks legit because kroll.com is posted on their Twitter official page below

But better use the link above to guide you on the right path.

I also found a new posts on Reddit that receive the same thing check the link below.

Someone said it's legit but one of the posts there said it's phishing.

I received an email titled "In re FTX Trading Ltd., et al, Case No. 22-11068, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware" from [email protected].

The email content is about the detailed instructions for the filing of proof of claims for customers. I still have balance in there and I'm not sure if this is a legit email since I don't know anymore what's the official email of FTX for the claim.
