You could find everything you're looking for at coinbet24.com like competitive odds for nba matches. They have deposit bonus with low rollover for sportsbook but I haven't tried them yet. For the giveaways I think they offer some on the Games&Round section.I like the site because it's simple and easy to access.

For your criteria it is very hard to recommend you a sportsbook. There are some that fit into it but they are not bitcoin sportsbetting sites. They are the big sites only accepting USD, like 5Dimes or Pinnacle Sports.

But the best bitcoin based sportsbooks that I use regularly are Nitrogensports and Betcoin. The odds the give are higher than most sites offering bitcoin deposits and I have no problems with my cashouts so far. Another sportsbook I am trying right now is right there in my signature. I have to be honest that I heard about them only after joining their sig campaign. But their odds are also good and sometimes even better than most sportsbooks in the cryptosphere.

The best thing you can do is to research and try each one to know for yourself.

If you want lots of betting on options on your nr.3 criteria of choice I cannot recommend you anything better than Sportsbet.io. While other bookies offer you very little options in over under there you can find from 197 up to 216 points over and under, difference of ht against away team, total numbers of points of a single team over/under. Lots of lines on Asian Handicap too. If you like NBA that's the best place for you.

I don't know their full story but everytime I hit the withdraw button money is in my wallet few minutes after. Again for this do your own homework and don't listen to anyone. But if you really like NBA there's no better sportsbook for such betting yet.
