Maybe you can rank up first your activity so that your rank up to be able to join in any signature campaign. In a mean while as a newbie do be patience to post so that your activity is higher and your rank too. But maybe wait a how many weeks before you can join sig campaign.

The revolutionary trading ecosystem
The best one for me is incent sig campaign since that coin is another great potential coin and as i see the price per token is at 10k sats each in their very first weeks of ICO state, and thats totally huge and high possibilities that they can earn huge profit if they complete the campaign and their participants well be few.

And another option for you is crown coin sig campaign since they are based on btc payments worth of crown coin, and you can reroll it if you are an experience trader.

The ICO price presnetly is more than 10ksat, it is currently selling for 1BTC = 7000 Incent tokens that is equivalent to 14200sat

As a newbie it's diffult to find out a good altcoin signature campaign (most of sig manager avoid newbie for spammy post).Wait untill you reached jr or member rank.
Fact be told, newbies are simply latest members of a program, it does not stand to mean they are all nymphs and knows next to nothing about the subject matter. Many already could be well experienced, but not quick in joining say this forum. In that case, their contribution nonetheless would be worthwhile and not spammy as is the common assumption.

For BTC, you can try Yobit if they still accept Newbies. Otherwise I would use altcoin ICO signature campaigns. In the past there were good campaigns for WAVES, Lisk, Decent, Komodo and so on.

yobit never acepted newbie in signagute campaign

No one will accept you as newbie. I never joined an altcoin campaign, but you need to wait until reach jr. member rank to join one of them.

You can try BTC signature campaigns also. At this moment there is only one accepting newbies. I won't post the thread link with all signatures here, because it was already posted above. Good luck, I hope you find a good campaign for yourself.

You need to get high rank first before joining in any signature campaign even though it's altcoin or bitcoin based if your rank is low then no one will accept you for real but if you are jr. member there are good signature campaign that accept that rank so far you can visit or go to marketplace (atlcoin)

Check it,this signature campaign is recently launched and managed by a good manager but i that campaign too the minimum rank to join is Jr.Member,so first try to become Jr.Member and then, may be you can apply for this campaign if spots left till then.

I see you just a newbie my friend. It's much better before joining any campaign make good quality post as well as rank up then you should ready to join any sig as you like.
Best of LUCK...
I think since there are a few campaign now that caters for jr. members as well as newbies, it won't be a bad idea to pitch tent with one of them and start earning something along the way to higher ranks, a sort of wetting one's feet for the main event.

Why you want to take part only in altcoin campaigns when some bitcoin campaigns are running already. As newbie you cant register in both but after reaching Jr.member then few bitcoin campaigns will also be available to you like secondstrade and i feel more safe in bitcoin paying campaigns.
