GTA 5 and Hulk
Defiance is a lot of fun and its both pve and pvp. check it out. 
Has Defiance gone to shit now that it became F2P? I remember that Defiance wasn't very noob friendly but it was still fun. After a while, I just stopped playing because of how boring the game became.

This is not the type of game you just jump in and win. You will need help from others, the combat mechanics and crafting are way beyond any other game ever. Hopefully the guys running the server will complete the game as it was, but even without the space layer it is still better than anything else out there imo.
It's about 10 years old, but was the apex of video game development history.
Also Planetside 2 is not bad.

Try playing calla doody advanced warfare, it's great with Mountain Dew and Doritos
you can play WoW its pretty addicting and too many things to do.

Call of Duty 2 is great.
I really liked AC3, and also titanfall. You can get it for 48 hours for free from origin as a trial.
I hated AC3, i think it's the worst Assassin's Creed game and the most casual, i think it's pretty boring.

Starcraft although being really expensive has a nice story since the first version of the game.
