Other than the list, you can visit some of the ANN threads in the forum to make your judgment, but if that's too hard (since there's a lot tbh), you can probably start off with the casinos that most users wear in their signatures, then visit their ANN threads itself. It's rather easy to identify scammed or frowned upon casinos since most users that advertise scam casinos are negative tagged. Unresponsive, slow, or bad designing aren't so that's really up to you to find out and decide.

Referring to some ANN threads here is always a good reference. You can always check if the site is good once you read some recent discussions in that said ANN thread. From there, you can now check the site itself and see if you will have an interest in their offered games or what.

You will receive lots of recommendations that's why accompanied it with your own research. Again, reading the site's ANN thread here is a must. If you encounter a gambling site that doesn't have a discussion thread here, ignored it even how legit they are.
