Split, Conjuring 2, The House of The Devil, The Thing and many more. These are the must-watch horror movies. Also, you can https://www.infogeekers.net/best-free-online-movie-streaming-sites/ check a website, creepymovies for classic horror movies. I've found a list of movie sites where you watch most of the popular genre.

I really like Insidious 1 and 2 but the 3 is sh*t so yeah i would also recommend older movies such as The Grudge and the shinning.

The Babadook is fantastic. It's both artistic and psychological. People who dislike it probably like jumpscare horror movies with no depth to them.
Please do not waste your time on Babadook, that movie was practically a comedy.

Creep is awesome. It makes you uncomfortable throughout the entire movie and on the edge of your seat. Highly recommended.

Watch "Train to Busan!" It makes American zombie movies looks stupid and poorly written. You will cry and be freaked out at the same time. And "The Wailing" is amazing. Really key to understanding it though is knowing that the woman who throws rocks at one point in the movie represents Jesus. Really great art, not just scary as all heck, great deep movies.

The Conjuring is one of the most terrifying movies I have ever seen. Don't Breathe is also up there, but it's really more of a thriller.

I watched Killer Klowns From Outer Space and Childs Play as a kid, that movies freaked me out. I still beware of klowns and dolls. When I see a kid with a doll or klowns I feel real danger ))
The same happened to me that movie is very creepy, it is good but when I watched it for the first time I had nightmares for days, it is one of those movies that children must never see.
