but if you are a spammer and most of your posts are plagiarism then you only have a low chance to recover your banned account.
I'll change that low to zero for serial spammers (who have already received warning temporary bans) and plagiarists, the rules are pretty clear on this. Chances of having your ban removed would exist if the offence was a one of and the user had no personal incentive to engage in it, sort of like an honest mistake. Being a quality member also helps. Usually in such scenarios, the ban would not be completely overturned and could be made temporary or s temporary signature ban.The mods having made a mistake is also another situation where a ban can be overturned.
