i think better to move new one because there is less chances to get back it.and my personal opinion is not to use old one if it hacked.

I wonder if "Secret Question" helps in preventing hacking account? Does anybody know? And why this user didn't get any mail from the forum's support.
I think if hackers picked up a password then the "Secret Question" is useless and there is no way to secure your account. If hackers recovered the password via mail, then they had access to the mail too. In this case user should set 2FA.

What i think creating new account will be a better decision for you. I knew someone who's trying to recover his account for one years but its not recovered still now. So take a decision now what will you do.

more than 1000 views and silence ...

They just don't seem to be restoring accounts at all right now so unless they start anytime soon you're sadly just wasting your time with this.

So, this is very bad.
Administrators wrote the conditions for the account recovery. Users fulfill these conditions, but still nothing happens. Why then it was necessary to write the conditions???
It's up to 5 minutes to restore an account, but admins do not want to work.

My friend's account got recoverd after 6 month so you can keep bump this thread periodically.
AFAIK, account recovery still consider low priority !
I had also a friend almost 4 months he was waiting for confirmation from admins, but he did not lose hope he keeps updating on his request.

Patience is a virtue maybe admins were already looking it to it, they need more time to process that request.
Don't lose hope OP maybe next week or months your account was being reset to them they are now currently busy at this time.
Good luck OP.

I knew someone who's account still not recovered until now. It's been 1 year. And i dont think so that it can be recovered. But based on the statement of other btc users, it can be recovered so there still a little bit hope. I think.

Ohh, mate your problem has unsolved for 3 months of waiting from April 05 until now July 05, don't lose hope mate keep bumping every once a day maybe they are busy last few days.

Have you been PMing theymos and cyrus every so often? They're the only ones that can help here.
Had you already done this?

You might consider deleting the old bumps... A friendly bump for you. Good luck
#3, #6, #13.... #23 etc

Thank you. I sometimes delete old messages.
mdayonliner is not talking about old messages, he's referring about your bump post like these
Bump! Somebody help me
Bump! Somebody help me!  Huh Huh Huh
Whenever you post a new bump, you should delete the old ones, like these two that I quoted Smiley
Good luck recovering your account by the way.
