The market is terrible bad and that's a fact nobody wants to lose money or invest in a bad investment but despite that I know few projects that are still going ahead to run ICO and the soft cap have been reached. In this kind of market the project really needs to be unique.
Next year or when the market recovers alot of project will resurface.

I see a big potential in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. And there are a lot of new ICO with are great ideas and a strong team which will change our life to better in the future.
A lot of ICO teams took the decision to hold on and to extend their ICOs till better times when the market will recover. And I think it's a right decision and we all know that November-December will bring us a good profit.
yep , recently more and more ico has been delaying their TGE / Token sale due to unforeseen event ( Bearmarket ) cause they might or will end up not reaching atleast the softcap , on 10+ icos that i have followed only few reached soft cap , although they reached softcap when it get listed on exchange it just pulmet , some ico dare to even continue most of them have really good backers
Sure, a lot of them having seen what have become of the market and how that has affected investors when it comes to investing in ICOs at this point in time, the best is to just stay clear for the mean time.One thing though is that for the ICOs with very solid potential that have already been listed in the market, it is a good thing to be taking advantage of them at this point in time, considering the fact that they will always get to increase hugely and at least go back testing their previous ICO price and then brewing past it and for someone who has already been able to invest now when the market is low, are the ones who will be enjoying the benefits in the long run. People by now should be smart, but because they just get blinded with panic, they would not.

Recently, few ICO projects have been formed and sold in the market, perhaps because too many failed projects have made investors feel discouraged when investing in ICOs. Weak company even with good results of ISO at the moment will not be able to increase the value of their token, but strong company with a good idea and implementation can turn out to grow due to the absence of competitors.

Investor confidence in the project has decreased, many investors are already tired of the scam ICO project, they are spending money to invest but the money is gone. Though the ICO is a recommended place to look for big profits, by investing in ICO they only spend a little money and then the results will get a lot of profit. I'm a bit sure, if there are still many ICO scam then soon or later project ICO will disappear from cryptocurrency. That is the most important factor for the future of the ICO project and people want to invest in it, and unfortunately I don't see such things again this year.
This is a very difficult time for ICOs. A lot of projects have to think how to get investments first. Only after that they think how they'll keep the value and price of their coins on a decent level. Investors are not very enthusiastic about investing into crypto now due to this long and drastic dip.

I had also noticed that many ICOs had waiting for the market recovery until they will get listed on the exchanges. This is a good strategy to avoid being affected with the bloodbath of the market as their price will surely hit bottom if they will get listed with the downfall of the market. Being a investors I understand their situation as they protect their investors and their project from this bearish market.
Remember how successful projects raised funds in 2017. All because the market was in good condition and investors were not afraid to invest their money. And now the situation is very bad. We can only hope that those projects that come out now will be able to realize themselves in such a red market and when it is green again we will get a good reward.

i read so many ICO and saw the news that they are postponing their ICO project because of the situation in the market.
They believe that this is not a healthy season to gather investors as many people are just holding their tokens.

When the ICO takes place the token price is not affected by any factor, only the developer determines the price depending on the target of the project. But when these tokens has listed in several exchanges, what will affect the price depends on the overall cryptocurrency market condition. Buy and sell by the token/coin user depends on the current market conditions. As it is now, the cryptocurrency market has decreased so that it will also affected to tokens/coins that new listed in several exchanges.
Just as people restrain themselves from selling coins, they also hold back the developers in their companies! Do not know what to do? Is it better to wait or still take a chance! But still the red market holds back the development of projects!
