Cry :'(I have done my first payment through the virtual card and the payment was declined from the merchant but the amount was deducted from my wallet, i contacted the support several times but not helpful at all they stopped replying and they dont have phone number no emails no office and finally i got scammed in 3318$ usd Cry
I told people not to use this service, but some members insisted on promoting how good this cards are.
Don't expect to have any support from any companies who are issuing crypto cards, especially if they are from China.
Most crypto cards I used had some issues, biggest one was terrible support.

Why do you deposit a large amount there?
To late to ask him this question now after you promoted a heck of redotpay cards in this topic.  Tongue
LOL, this is the first person complaining about something like this and you’re ready to throw your venom out. I don’t think the OP is endorsing in any shape or form RedDotPay, he’s only sharing his own experiences. Any grown human is fully aware that their decisions are their decisions. Nobody is forcing anybody to do anything here.

I contacted their support through email and they were fast to reply.

I don't think it's reasonable to mention it as a promotion. Neither they paid me for this thread nor did I promote my affiliate. I shared it because I have been using it and it might help other users as well. Right now, while writing this post, I bought a Telegram subscription with a RedotPay card, and payment has been successfully done with just a single click. I didn't encourage anyone to make big deposits there anyway. Most virtual cards don't serve for a long time due to various reasons.

They have mixed reviews on the Play Store and other review sites. I just started using it today and can't say much about it. It might help us with small transactions since I don't dare make big transactions through RedotPay. They are pretty new, and we have to see how their services are going. So use your own risk; I am not preferring to use. Just sharing as an option for those who need a virtual crypto card.

Why do you deposit a large amount there? Even though I don't have an issue with them, I don't make any big deposits there. For example, if I need to buy Facebook subscriptions, I just leave $20 there so I won't have a monthly subscription issue. When I need to buy Telegram subscriptions, I make deposits just for what I need. It's easy to make deposits there since they can be paid by Binance Pay. Try to contact their chat support, and I hope you will get back your funds. I remember when my Facebook subscriptions were denied by Facebook after 48 hours. They refunded to the same card, and the full amount was credited to RedotPay. So check your transaction status and contact support.

The problem is that the card is still in production, it has not even been shipped, and almost 3 weeks have passed.
For shipping, it doesn't take much time. Likely, it would take a week, but it depends on your exact location. I don't think you should worry since I got my card easily. I was also waiting for production, and it looks a bit longer than usual. However, you may talk with support if there is any other issue regarding your cards. They could say, possibly, when you can get the card. But I am sure you will get it if your shipping address is correct.

Ordered a physical card about 10 days ago and they still haven’t even created it.
I think you will get it very soon. It took almost a month to receive my physical card. I was concerned about their service. But everything went smoothly. Just wait with patience. Besides that, you can use Google Pay or Apple Pay for physical contactless payments. Unless you want to withdraw from the ATM, you can use their NFC virtual card everywhere. So far, I have had better experience with Redotpay. I am not sure if they will continue their services.

I think you expressed yourself a little wrong, because the card is virtual and can be used for online payments, and of course there is an option to add it to the Google/Apple wallet in your smartphone, which only makes sense if your smartphone has NFC. Maybe some people take it for granted today, but not all smartphones have NFC, especially the older and cheaper ones.
Yes, you are right. At the moment, their virtual cards are supported on Gpay and Apple Pay, which support NFC. Without NFC, contactless payments are impossible at all. I have made a couple of payments through Apple Pay by using my RedotPay virtual card. For ATM withdrawals, I got a physical card, so it can be used everywhere, especially when visiting abroad.

Nice!

Please update us.
Finally, I used my RedotPay physical card for ATM withdrawals yesterday. I was so excited to withdraw crypto from the ATM directly, and everything went smoothly as expected. Though exchange rates are a bit lower than bank rates, they don't show the transaction fees separately. So I think that's why the exchange rate has become a bit lower. But it doesn't matter for me; the difference is too small in my native country. The matter is that I can withdraw crypto directly through RedotPay. I don't need to use exchange or P2P now and can liquidate my crypto anytime worldwide. The thing is, you just need to verify KYC, but the process is very simple. I am excited and satisfied.

Have you tried linking it with Apple Pay / Google Pay / Paypal yet or some other payments provider?
Yes, I have been using it through Google Pay and Apple Pay as well. I haven't tried PayPal since it isn't available in my jurisdiction. But they mentioned it should work on PayPal as well. I have yet to check if my physical card is working on an ATM machine; I just activated the card. Contactless payments are working smoothly in my country in the physical store. Their refund system is also working fine; one of my Google payments was refunded smoothly. I like their overall service.

I found something on this link, with some more answers to the questions on the left.
Thanks. Limits and fees don't look to bad, and I don't know why they kinda hid that tab as imho that should be easily visible as that's probably the main criteria for majority of potential users.

I agree that there is definitely a better (non-KYC option) for virtual cards
There are imho better KYC options as well, but too each his own and its good to have as many options as possible as compeition is the only thing that will bring those fees down and cashback percentage up.

What are their fees, cashback options (if they have any), ATM withdrawal limits etc? I did a brief search on their website but for whatever reason I coulnd't find that info (not that I would do KYC for them as I have much better option if I go that route, but still...).

I agree that there is definitely a better (non-KYC option) for virtual cards, but for those who want a card with which they can get directly to cash, there are only two ways, either mandatory KYC or buying an anonymous card that costs a lot of money.

I received a physical RedotPay card.I have ordered a physical card from RedotPay. Yesterday, I received it after waiting almost a month. I was curious about their physical card and eventually received it. I have been using their virtual card and contactless payment system. That's how we directly use cryptocurrency for online and offline shopping. I ordered a physical card to withdraw funds from the ATM machines. I haven't tried yet to withdraw funds due to being busy in real life. Hopefully, I will try to withdraw within a couple of days. I will update you on how it works.

What kind of card provider would not have information about fees and limits for their card? This has to be the most important information for such a service. I guess someone needs to ask their customer support to add that to the site I guess.

I asked the bank guys, and they said contactless was allowed only for native bank cards. Any other bank card isn't allowed to withdraw cash if it doesn't belong to that ATM's bank. However, I am still happy; at least I can use it for shopping in malls and online. I am using my crypto directly in my country, though crypto is not allowed here.
Is that the norm for regular debit/credit cards too? Not sure how ATMs work but in my country some ATMs can be used to withdraw balances from different banks regardless of what card they used, including overseas ones. So if I have A bank card, and I find a B's bank ATM nearby but has that 'shared' feature, I can withdraw just fine even if I use the contactless option. What is their reasoning for the limitation? Did they tell you? I tried to withdraw my Payoneer balance a few months ago and there's no issue other than the fees, I don't have experience using a crypto card for this though.
You can use a regular card at any ATM, but the restrictions are only for the NFC contactless card. For NFC, contactless cards can only be used on native ATMs. But if you input the card into an ATM machine, then it will work everywhere. I don't know much why it doesn't accept; banks know better. Handling fiat is quite more complicated than crypto.
