Possibly, it might be some language response error I assume because after I had finished chatting with the customer care service, I was not really okay with the response not until this last update given which made me sceptical about the casino.  I had a second thought about it and I became more curious about the casino based on my enteraction with the casino customer care and here we are their representative have not been online for some days now to reply to questions and inquiries about their casino which makes it more difficult to deal with.

Yeah it’s true that not everyone gets the same opportunity of getting people introduce them to the forum and I also agree with you that op might not have been to the forum by anyone but the the truth is that I don’t think op is ignoring the thread intentionally because he made this post on the 21st of this month and edited it the next day being the 22nd which is just two days back and one hour later, op haven’t been active and I have some sort of believe that he would turn up when he gets back online and sees the messages but if by any means he was ignoring the messages intentionally then that’s a very wrong way to introduce yourself and business to the forum.
Let’s just give the op some more time as it’s been just 2 days after editing the thread.

Well not everyone has the privilege of having someone introduce them to this forum and it points to a lot of things that may have some form of effect on their activities here in the forum and that is one thing we need to take a look at every time that has some in-depth reflection on how active and connected they're are with the ANN thread and how effective they're able to manage their presence here and some other places.

We can't really say if the ops is deliberately avoiding the discussions that are going on here,  but if he has not been active and online since then it still means that he is keeping up with the thread but deliberately avoiding the discussions going on in this thread,  but let not assume anything yet at the moment and let wait to see what happens going forward.

Whoever introduced him to the forum should have at least also advised them to hire a reputable member to help run their Ann thread as ignoring users is a very wrong impression to show from an onset and I don’t want to feel that op is ignoring the informations on his thread because he haven’t been active over here in the forum and I just want to believe that he will respond to the post on his thread and just as you suggested, it will be better we give the op and his team more time to put themselves together as it is not always easy to get integrated on a new platform like this and I think he already has his attention somewhere else .

The op have been inactive since the creation of this thread and since he hasn't replied to any of the comments on this thread,  this shows that the op have no regards for the discussions and suggestions going on in this thread,  so for that advising on getting a nice design may be of deaf ears since he has already shown some sign of in willingness fo at least get a copper member or make some rearrangement of the entire ops.

Any ways may may still give the ops some days to see if he ever return to give some updates and progress,  so in the main time all we can do is to wait and keep an eye on this thread.

Basing up on the response on which their support been saying is that you can play into the site even without having that "registration" not literally that sign up thing but for sure he do talks about
sending out those documents or simply being fully verified. I do agree that if you would really be trying out to understand on what the support say then it would really boggle up your
mind on what kind of registration that pertaining into unless if you have clarified it out but basing up on the sentence then it would be registratioin = KYC.

I think you’ve already gotten all the necessary advice you ought to have gotten and think you should work on them and at same time, getting a copper member should be considered as that would give you more privileges to enjoy some features on the forum which includes posting of images and I think you should hire someone who is more professional to help you design your Ann thread and you can also reach out to @icalical for some nice designs as he already has some great reviews and attestations on his trust page and I think he should be present over here since I already mentioned him here.

In my previous post I had already commented on the TOS of this casino and I recommended that people take a lot of time reading the entire TOS and then take some time to think about whether it would be worth the risk to create an account at this casino or not. see that it has been 3 days since OP created this new thread and until today he has not responded to anyone in this thread, OP has only made one post since he created an account on this forum, we have to ask ourselves why he created an account on this forum when he knew I wouldn't have time to be active on the forum? So to come and use the argument that you would be too busy, I don't think that would be true. In my opinion what is happening is that he created this thread knowing that he would not respond to anyone and that people would be clicking on his casino link because they were curious and with that he would have traffic and some customers and if some people keep sharing the link of referrals to have referrals at this casino, then the creators of this casino could keep stealing money from customers and then disappear. We only need to look at the ann thread of this thread and the disappearance of op to come to the conclusion that this casino could be a scheme to steal people's money. We'll see if OP can answer people's questions and how many days it will take him to do so

I do not think they already have that kyc option to be verified through the customer profile dashboard, as I inquired about it and was told that kyc for the moment should be forwarded to "[email protected]" for verification, and the dashboard option to upload kyc documents is not available, as said by the customer service.



This aspect of the customer care response got me a bit confused and made me think about the credibility of their casino. They encourage customers to play without registration and would demand verification for active status. I really do not get this. Can their representative please come up to give or make further explanations on this?

Yeah, but probably there should be ways to verify if they really are provably fair. Maybe they design it as minimal as they can be. But definitely, if we wanted to try new casino's the first thing that we look is how good the UI is, and the feel.

In any case, as someone suggested, they are new and didn't know about the copper membership and how a good ANN thread is a prerequisite here in the community. To attract potential customers or even hire a good campaign manager so that their casino will be exposed to more gamblers.
