This is probably scam. Referrals will be 100% inactive if the customer is lucky and even "gets" it. And yeah, you are newbie + free website + free logo and a little of informations. Waiting for you to start an accusation against me like you did with Rago, that's not how it works here.

I am glad others also selling referrals creating free sites. We provide sign-ups mainly .. but if required then for some certain countries referrals we can do phone verification too, Please ask me your concerns, it helps a lot.
