Bitcoin does not exist in any country so it is not easy to regulate. There is no proof of ownership other than a password which can be hacked or given to someone else

What are your concerns when I comes to Cryptocurrency and?   Regulation?  laws? bans?

Rules?

With ongoing regulation in the main fear of everyone. What are the key thoughts on this> what are some things you wish to see regulation on? what are some things you do not want to see regulation?

Would this effect how you use cryptocurrency?

My concern regarding cryptocurrency when i joined was the volatility of cryptocurrency value in the market.
As you can see now the value of crypto often to changing and fluctuating. With in less than 1 year, btc price has dropped from $19k to $4k according coinmarketcap. But volatility is not always a bad thing, it is a good thing that you can buy crypto with cheaper price, and sell it later with a higher price.

so many of your questions, I want bitcoin not to be manipulated as it is now. this is very detrimental especially for beginners who are new to bitcoin and crypto. and I hope that next year ico has special regulations to avoid ico scam.
I agree with you, hopefully in the following years there will be special rules to be able to avoid ico scam, because now there are many new ico-ico but it ends with a scam, unlike in the previous year and it is very detrimental.

what the government wants is tax, the regulations they form will not be far from that context. bans is one of the worst choices, because the more an asset is banned, the item will become exclusive, the demand will be even more. Prohibition will only make investors carry out "underground" transactions. I think regulation that benefits both parties is the best decision, however for now, bitcoin must collaborate with the conventional system that has been formed, while slowly this industry changes the world economic system in the future.

in my opinion, laws, and regulations can make the crypto market a little stable, but crypto banning is a bad idea, it has a large negative effect on the crypto market, turbulent, unstable, even uncontrollable falls.

if the world accepts and regulates crypto, I think, the world of stocks will greatly affect the financial world.

I am sorry about the regulations and banning, I afraid some of the government won't even try to see the advantage of crypto and directly banning it, and I afraid some of the government will set a very tight regulations that is going to make crypto got the same usage with the Fiat, these two action will make crypto difficult to grow

many crypto users are anxious about laws and regulations. we always hope that this currency has a fixed law and rules so that crypto users will feel safe and comfortable when owning assets and will get legal protection. so crypto users don't feel anxious when they transact with everyone involving many countries. thus the prohibition of this currency will not give effect because the rules and laws have been implemented.

The government will soon be regulating crypto. This is what awaits us. On the one hand, this is correct, because it can attract a lot of new people who are afraid to invest in crypto until they have the support of the state. But on the other hand, crypto lives well without a regulator and may be able to live like this further.

I think SEC need to learn more about crypto before regulating
It looks like that SEC is not able to imagine that crypto is not a property it is not issued by person country or company
Regulators are avoiding to acknowledge crypto but of course they want tax it
I want to see regulated trading and real futures not that one what we have now

Regulations are generally good so to keep things in order and in perspective. Also, these regulations are usually set to protect the citizens from fraudulent activities which is acceptable really. But I will not deny the fact that I do think that there are "other" activities going on behind these regulations (If you know what I mean...). Only time will tell.

If the government approves cryptocurrency, it will have a positive impact on the development of blockchain projects. The main engine of the blockchain industry is still business. The progress depends on how actively the business will implement the blockchain and cryptocurrency.

None of that worries me, I think that everything is necessary for the survival of cryptos and probably we will have to sacrifice some things if we want it to be successful, the only thing that worries me is to see a wasted technology, that is the real fear I feel when I think that is the worst thing that can happen to cryptos.

I am not concerned about any ban or prohibition because they will certainly not stop bitcoin. However, I think we we witness another attempt to regulate cryptocurrency  considering the rate at which it is spreading and adoption. My major concern is the scam that seems to have taken over the cryptocurrency world.

I think the rules, laws and prohibitions apply only to regulations, the law will be difficult to implement in the blockchain system, and crypto bans are not possible because they have spread throughout the world, crypto cannot be damned, if all governments want to ban crypto means internet must die and that is impossible

Regulations, crypto ban or getting major restrictions will never happen because cryptocurrencies are spreading all over the world targeting every industry and business so people will consider crypto assets as a help full tool to develop and improve there businesses in the future and it will be something that every person use for there day to day activities so when it comes to making laws or regulations regarding crypto by governments they will definitely have to reconsider about there usefulness and popularity among the general public

Regulations are only a problem when it becomes too restrictive and disruptive for people to use it or to do business as usual. Take the BitLicense in New York as an example, because it stopped a lot of businesses to abandon Bitcoin or to move their business to another state where it was easier to operate their Bitcoin business.

If the government implement regulations to create a barrier to entry or to slow down adoption, then people should stand up against these decisions.   Angry

Rules?

I have no concerns about regulation, laws, bans, or rules. The world can't ban cryptocurrency. Likewise, users of cryptocurrency shouldn't do so solely to evade tax laws. If we (as crypto users) plan to break the law to evade tax laws we should expect governments to break the laws to ban this "project".

The only thing that worries me about cryptocurrency is the market...the demand. That's it. That's all we should care about.

Yeah, it boils down to the demand. I would say that regulations and laws are inevitable, government will be on our throats no matter what. So its up to us how we are going to respond to it and it will clearly show on the demand. If demand is growing up then there's no problem will all the regulations and stuff.
The government regardless of which one you're a citizen under wants their tax dollars. That's really the majority of government concern.
