One of the major problems we are facing in our country Naija is the regulation of price should be handled by the police or tax forces to monitor every citizen selling goods, must of the company really take advantage of the current situation of the price because of the dollar rate, even when the dollar is not high some people are selling a particular commodity or goods in different rate, this is because no one is monitoring them, and it really affecting the poor because of the price rate, don’t you think this is really happening? Everyone should know what I’m talking about. If you go to 4 different stores you will find out that it different prices.
If our government should look into this price of a thing.

Na true say na the major problem wey we dey face for this our country. High cost of living, economic instability, etc don really affect many people, especially those wey dey live on low income and na true say some businesses don dey take advantage of this situation to increase their prices. So different government agencies and organizations dey involve for regulating prices for different sectors. The National Bureau of Statistics dey collect and analyze data on price of goods and services, including inflation. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) dey responsible for monetary policy and inflation control. And the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) dey responsible for enforcing laws on fair pricing and consumer protection. But na really difficult task, because e dey involve balancing a lot of factors, including inflation, supply and demand, and government policies.
But e really important say we hold our government accountable for putting policies and regulations in place to protect consumers and promote economic stability. One way we fit do this na to make sure say we understand the issues wey dey involve and make our voices dey heard by our representatives. We fit also use our buying power to support businesses wey get good prices and fair practices. And we fit also continue to encourage open discussion on this issue, like we dey do now.
