Whats the difference between Religion and Spirituality?
I've seen so many posts on Atheism and Religion, but they don't seem to ever get to Spirituality.
Religion is a system of management.
But spirituality is something different. That is when you start thinking for yourself. What has happened, is that from time to time, very intelligent leaders of some religion, have started thinking for themselves and then suddenly they find themselves the head of a new religion. And then especially after they die, the people get crazy to pervert the deeds, and ideas, of what may have been an enlightened person, into a dogma that must be followed come high or hell waters. And when they start demanding that you all wear the same uniform, that's when it all goes back to a slave mentality.
I think this is because the religion of being a slave is all we have ever known. And we are slowly growing out of this. And slowly more and more people are thinking for themselves. The trick is that we keep thinking for ourselves instead of following somebody else blindly.
