FastCash4Bitcoins is off to a great start. ACH is one of the most popular payout options but did you know ACH isn't just for bank accounts? Most prepaid credit cards can be loaded by an ACH transfer. Login to your prepaid credit card account online and look for ACH or Direct Deposit instructions.
