For the Z cards we can put a name on them, if you dont want a name or a number then you dont have to get it. Its suppose to be anonymous. The card is activated at the ATM and change of pin at the ATM. There is only a private iban number for the Z cards if you wanna load it for bank, the only way they can be loaded is with paypal withdrawl, bank transfer to private iban or bitcoins.

the US cards yes, but Z cards wont work for paypal withdrawl in the UK country only in countries that allow card to card withdrawl transfer

what payment methods u accept?
