How and when did they attack Tor? I don't see how they can disrupt Bitcoin anyway.
Anything computer related can be interrupted or shut down/hacked. Nothing in the cyber world is safe.

Good look taking down a decentralised network.

Relevant article. There was too much panic whet the FBI took down Silk Road. At the time people were saying that TOR should never be considered anonymous again and .onions were shutting down one after another.

I don't really think they attacked Tor, but took over a server. It's not like Bitcoin is hosted on one.
